Stopped by Jet's to get a couple slices for dinner, around 7pm, but they didn't have any slices ready. So I decided to just get a whole pizza as the staff said it would only be 10mins to make. Turned out that after waiting 20 mins and checking in on the status, they still hadn't even started it yet.I get that the staff gets busy and what not, but they should have been honest about the wait time. Saying it will be 10 mins for a whole pizza knowing you're way behind is what causes this review. Had they have just said, it's going to be about 30 mins, I still would have gone elsewhere, but I wouldn't have been upset as expectations were set properly.

Had my Pizza delivered it was burnt no sauce the worst Pizza ever paid 33 dollars for 4 corners it have been times I go in to order my Pizza and they tell me 45mins when I am sitting in my car and watch them play no control of that store whats so ever people in their that don't work and they try to hide them that store need better management you see no orders just watching them play after so long then start on my order why I am sitting in my car looking at it all this is why Jets reviews are so low why are these kids left along to play and not work I would love to get paid to play all day and let my friends come and play and eat free you all don't have camera to control this matter

Ordered over the phone and while waiting in the car noticed employees preparing food without gloves that had cleaned their ears with their fingers and another person touch in their mouth. So i had decided I didn’t want the food anymore and walked in to tell the guy I decided to get something else I will just have the pizza refunded back on my card. He became argumentative and said that my small pizza was done and that I caused him to waste and that he can’t refund it. I insisted politely that I want a refund and that I want to leave. He begrudgingly got on the computer and refunded my money. Then he threw the receipt at me and I was shocked. I said wow you are going throw a receipt at me and he said yeah.

As a detroit native, I was pumped to find out that there is multiple Jets here in TN. Not sure why it took me so long to notice. By far the best take-out pizza you can find. However, they have gotten a bit too pricey, where even pubs have cheaper and larger pizzas. You get what you pay for, though. My wife and daughter will literally attack me if I eat all the corner pieces first (which I tend to do)My only suggestion would be to lower the price by about $5 on all menu items, or at least offer some monthly deals. I understand inflation is real...but in detroit I remember getting these bad boys for $10 a pop. Wasn't that long ago

WOW .. talk about a dramatic change. We place an order for pick up on Friday afternoon they were kinda busy but that didn't stop the staff from being polite and respectful as well as making some awesome pizzas. We ordered a couple months ago and said we would never go back but decided to give it one more shot and both my family and I are happy we did. The new management there is on top of their game and have that staff getting things done. Whoever decided to swap things around in this store you made a great decision.

So my girlfriend and I came in this afternoon and I just wanted to say it was a pleasure this go around. They were obviously busy from all the pizzas in the warmer, but I was greeted when I walked in was told I would be helped in just a minute and quickly someone was up at the counter figured it was going to be a minute since we had just ordered it shortly before but it was already ready and it was delicious best service I have had in while and all that seemed to be there was 2 people 1 younger and 1 older gentleman ILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

We just had one of the new reformulated GF pizza’s- square & thicker. It was much better! We also had a cauliflower pizza- thin crust- it was excellent.. texted to order for 15%off - was a bonus. Definitely one of the best we’ve found!
