I miss this food so much. Nobody will compare. I LOVED how dinner came with noodles. And they were always nice to cook my extra teriyaki sauce for my chicken. I loved the flavor of my spicy rice ?
Well this review might not get noticed because they went out of business but I overheard that kabutos opened back up is that true?

Very very busy on a late Friday afternoon or early evening. Expect a 30-minute wait. I just got mine to go. They don't call out your order number, so you're forced to walk up to the take out bags and keep checking yourself.I ordered the Habachi fillet and Salmon Sushi. Nothing special. Tasted like any other Chinese take out except the meat WAS more tender.So busy and loud, it feels like your right next to the kitchen.

This restaurant has gone from great to lacking of service. We waited 55 minutes from when we were seated to getting the chef to our table. What has happened? They need to fix this or they will lose more than just my business.

Honey Pineapple Shrimp & roasted asparagus $18 ,was extremely disappointing! It was horrible so tough you could barely chew it!Also when we arrived we were told it was a 30 minute wait & 40 mins later they pit the closed sign on the door! When questioned they claimed they texted which they did not!The menus were extremely dirty! We spent $150 on this experience & I'll never be back!!!!

Absolutely amazing this place has the best food I have had in a very long time. Me and my wife got the fillet and shrimp and we both agree this is the best steak in Tennessee. Sadly me and my wife are both shrimp and steak before we could get pictures but this was absolutely to die for, great experience and amazing food for the price

Went for Hibachi. Service was slow and i got an appetizer after we got the check. My husband got a watered down jack and coke that had obviously been sitting at the bar for a long time. He ordered this when we sat down and got it about 20 min later. The hibachi chef was very nice and cooked very well. The overall cleanliness of the restroom was terrible with dried food left on the grill from previous visitors and the counters were not wiped down very well.
I absolutely love ❤️ Kabuto!!!! The food, staff, chefs and atmosphere was great. My cousin was in town visiting and we took her, here. She loved it too!!! We had so much fun, sang Happy Birthday ? ? and took pictures with the chefs ?? it was a good time!!!!!

I loved going here to eat back in the day. The place has been going down hill for awhile now. Food is dry cooks don’t take pride in what they do and the young hosts doesn’t get your food right!Well guess I’ll just have to find somewhere else to go for good food.Don’t waste your money and time.Such a shame!

Stopped by during a trip cross many states, not bad at all but was not the best Hibachi we have had. Good service and cold drinks to accompany your choice of Japanese food.

I want to start by saying the front staff was very friendly. The server was nice. My drink was good. The sushi and salad were yummy. The soup was very bland. The worst part of this experience was the chef. He plopped the sauses in the ramekins causing it to splash on the table...he was NOT friendly...barely seasoned any of the food and burned most of the veggies. It's too bad he had such a bad attitude. Ruined our whole experience with this place. We were the only two at our hibachi table (not our fault). He did even so much as twirl his spatula. When you pay good money, you expect a pleasant time. That was not the case. We were from out of town and would not ever go back if we are ever back in Goodlettsville. I work in a customer service driven company and attitude is EVERYTHING!
