I would probably just avoid this place until it’s got new management, staff, or ownership. Employees really hate their job from the conversations you will overhear. You will get told they are closed and see them open from across the street 10 minutes later, serving people. The food is… there. I could mention much more about this place but I’m just gonna simplify it down and call this place a joke. Hopefully, they’ll figure it out but I’m not getting my hopes up. Good luck to them!

Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and we never moved. Went inside and there were 4 employees and it wasn’t even busy. Weordered our food and it was disgusting and cold. The one employee was trying, but it seemed no one knew what they were doing. The sign said under new management. We’ll keep trying.

Who is running this joint? Absurd and bizarre behavior from the staff of 6 people that I saw and it still takes them between 20 and 30 minutes to take and prepare an order. I waited over 20 minutes in line and another 6 minutes at the window. I ordered 1 pup corn dog. They should have dropped it when they first took my order but that would be too much like right. Oh, oh...I forgot it takes 30 minutes for each car. Now mind you there were only 2 cars in front of me. I should have just left. The wait at this location has gotten worse even though they have more people working there. It's like they just walk back and forth aimlessly. It was a little better when they only had 1 or 2 people, but still wasn't good.. What gives man? Still shaking my head. I can't justify ever coming back here. One corn dog just aint worth the headache, I mean wait ha. Jeeez!*%@$%!!

Drive thru wait time was too long. I ordered a sunriser with bacon, got sausage, ordered a coke, got Dr Pepper. The speaker kept cutting in and out, the employee would talk and then just stop.

Friday night Feb. 23, 2024, @6:00pm. Waited in a line with only 4 other cars in front of me for 32 minutes from the time I got in line and when I received my order. I waited 22 minutes just to get to the place where you order and was told to pull up that they would take my order at the window. No apology for the wait. What a waste of my time. Sign outside said under new management. Really? This is how it is being managed now? I will not be back.

If you are using a debit or credit card at this location Don’t let them convince you that the transaction did not go through. They will make you swipe it three or four times saying it’s not approved.
Grew up on Krystal cheeseburgers..stopped at this one twice...restaurants are getting harder to find, which is a travesty. Good food...underated food. Keep Krystal going...open more stores and quit closing
