This is the worst mcdonald's i've ever walked into they have nothing but a Kios to order food..... No napkins, no drink fountain, nobody you 2 interpret what you're trying to order it was horrible. Do not go to this store.

This new McDonald's is terrible. No customer service to help take your orders. You have to use this machine to take your orders. It not self explanatory and no one wants to help you. I will not be returning. McDonald's is going down hill. I will go to BoJangles or Burger King, from here on out. Their prices are better and you get waited on. This corporate McDonald's is not good for this community.

This place is absolutely terrible. I ordered 3 happy meals at this location. I paid for the order and went to the second window. They then gave me all three happy meals, but none of the drinks. The manager then comes to the window and tells me that I was only charged for 2 happy meals and demanded that I give her my debit card so she could “recharge me for the order.” The manager then got aggressive with me when I told her I did not understand why she needed to charge me again. I would not advise anyone to eat here.
