Worst service I’ve experienced.We got there took a few minutes to decide on the menu. Went up to the guy sitting at the cashier stand. Not a single “hi” “hello” “what can I get for you.” So ofc I say “Hi!” the guy just stares doesn’t reply back. He just sits there in silence, so we start ordering. I’m pretty sure I paid extra for something sour cream and didn’t get it. After ordering we went to the restroom and a vending machine. We quickly came back and stood in front of the place waiting for our order. After maybe 10 minutes we decide to sit instead that’s when the guy that’s been there calls our order is ready. The plates had been sitting on the back table meaning they had been ready for idk how long. The food didn’t look hot at all/ or that it just came out. I wonder why he didn’t give it to us as we stood right in front of the place. It wasn’t full or busy either.Anyways, it’s a little too pricey for what it is in my opinion. It was 3 potatoes for $50. The alfredo one was way too salty, the others ones were okay. The broccoli pieces are too big. Overall, I feel like I could have gotten a better meal with those $50. I made the hour drive to try this place and will not be doing it again.

I do not like to give bad reviews, but if people spend money at your establishment, they have a right to know. I finally was in a position where I could finally order from One Spunky Spud. I've been dying to try them ever since I watched a few videos of him making their colossal creations. I did my order on Doordash, so yes, I know it's not going to be the same as ordering there. But tonight, you did the worst thing you could do to a patron. You made a choice for me without my consent, and you made no attempt to contact me. I selected the chili spud, who could mess up chili. Well, it must have been a favorite today, and I'm happy for you if that's the case, but I didnt get what I ordered because you substituted it with the chicken, bacon, broccoli, squirt of ranch spud. You didn't call me to tell me you were unable to prepare my food or ask me what I'd like to get instead. You made that choice for me. FYI, that's bad business. I don't order chicken online because 90% of the time, it's dry and overcooked. Guess what? I did taste the spud you sent me. Your chicken was dry and nasty. Your potato was dry and nasty. Thank goodness Doordash saw that my original order was substituted, but they thought I approved it. Doordash did the right thing, and I was able to order food that I could actually eat. So here's a little advice, first off, take your videos down because this potato looked and tasted like it had never been introduced to butter; second, never ever presume to know what substitution a customer wants. You wouldn't do that if they were standing in front of you. Just because I ordered from Doordash doesn't mean you can do Willy nilly whatever you want to. So, do I recommend your establishment? No, I don't. Your business practice is messed up. Your quality has obviously gone down since you started. The man I saw in the videos loved making his colossal spuds. Whoever was in charge tonight doesn't give 1 aoda about the customers or the restaurant.

I work at the mall and I come here frequently for lunch. Still can't believe I not only got to meet the TikTok star, but I can call him a friend! The staff are super sweet and friendly, and the food of course is great.

I'm only leaving a review because of how bad the service and food was. It tasted old, the shrimp smelled bad. I apologized to my sister who was visiting from Cali(amazing food in Cali). It's a novelty where he has big pictures of himself. We stood there, in an empty mall waiting for him to finish his phone call about nothing. He forgot our order immediately after taking it and yelled at us in an empty ghetto mall food court to get it. It tasted bad and he was shifty unfortunate. I think he just needs an ego boost

Absolutely delicious!!! I enjoyed the Seafood Alfredo Spud immensely ... fresh seafood, homemade Alfredo, on a perfectly cooked baked potato! Well worth every penny! I will be back
