I placed my order online and there was not an option for me to request mozzerella cheese topping over the stuffed pizza instead of the blended cheese. I called the store and spoke with a Bevin who stated she would notate that we wanted the cheese on the top as well as adding extra extra sauceI came in the store to pick it up and was greeted by Bevin who was friendly and smiling.She is a great representation of your Goodlettsville location.Thanks Bevin for your great customer service.

Love their pizza. In fact, it's the only place we order pizza. Good service- I order online, choose a pickup time and it's ready when we get there. Recently discovered delivery from this Papa Murphy's and was satisfied with the service. This business has been here for years and they have consistently delivered good service and food. The one time that quality was less than usual, it didn't occur to me to write a review reflecting that when it was the one exception to the many times it has been excellent.

I was so sorry to see that my location in Hendersonville Tn had moved to Goodlettsville, but made the trip for a pizza. They no longer make salads fresh, they were boxed and the clerk assured me they were fresh. I could not see one ingredient on the counter it was all stainless steel and everything was covered. Finally got two box salads and I was given two salad dressings to cover both large boxes. I explained to him that was not enough dressing for the salads and he told me that he was not allowed to give anymore , but he would make an exception , but you could tell he was not pleased. I ordered my pizza and when I got home it was not the pizza I usually order but it wasn’t an option on the board to get a thin or medium crust and he did not ask me what crust I wanted. When I got home my husband informed me that we get thin crust so I did not like the pizza he gave me. He was talking a lot about how great they were doing sales wise in their new location although there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant and wasn’t explaining a lot about the pizza. I used to love Papa Murphy’s but this was a whole new experience without the fresh salad . My final part of this review is we got home and opened up the salad boxes , and most of it, 3/4 of it, was ruined and slick and gooey and old! It wasn’t even the fresh date! We threw most of it away, we had to add our own ingredients to even get through the small part we could eat.Parking: Ample parking

Ordered a stuffed pizza online. Well there were barely any toppings in it and barely any sauce. It was basically just bread. I would expect this out of a place like little Caesars but definitely not papa Murphys. 20 dollars for one pizza i expect it to be good. Was not. Very disappointed.
Walked in today at 12/4 at 6:05 to the store and they said they cannot take my order because they said they close at 7. Sign said open and the doors were unlocked. I find this very unprofessional that they refused to take my order even though they were open. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and was taught never to do that to a customer.

I ordered a cowboy no sausage, Canadian bacon half black olives. Got half Canadian bacon no black olives. Took almost 1 hour to get very sorry service

Whoever owns this place doesn’t take pride in what they have. I am not going to blame the employees because it is past that. If you can’t find people to work when your signs says open then you are either not treating them right or not paying them a competitive wage. We live 3 mins from this store and have to drive to the Hendersonville store because this store is not open half the time and they never answer phone when they are open. If your going to invest money in a business, how about taking a little pride in your business and fix it!
