This Starbucks sits inside the Goodlettsville Kroger, and since I frequent the store to shop weekly, I usually hit this Starbucks up before making my rounds through the store. As most Starbucks that are located inside of a retail store, the associates are Kroger Associates assigned to Starbucks duty for the day...so be patient as these are not your standard baristas at stand alone/corporate ran Starbucks locations. The only issue I have had with this location is their limited stock and being out of items more than other locations. Most recently it was cold brew, not a big deal since I just substituted iced coffee, but in general they are constantly out of drinks, add-ons or food items. To counter my above comment, one thing that I really enjoy about this location is the ability to order ahead on the app. Many retail-based locations do not have mobile ordering available, so it is always nice to order on my way to grocery shopping, scoop up my coffee and then hit the aisles! Overall, this Starbucks is a solid option for the coffee in conjunction with a shopping trip. Again, I would adjust expectations for this location and possibly recommend the nearby stand alone Starbucks that is about a mile away if you are looking for a more genuine Starbucks experience.

First off, I am not a Starbucks fan because of their left-wing political views. But I want to add my most recent experience at this location. I approached the counter and the customer in front of me was clearly upset with the staff and his order. Once the previous customer stormed off, I went to place my order. 1 cheese danish and 1 chai latte. The worker had an attitude before I even began talking. He was smacking his gum in his mouth and rolling his eyes. Didn't greet me at all. Before I even finished ordering he said he had no danishes in a mumbled voice as he pulled out the tub of pastries behind him. There were a few left, wrapped in plastic, some where half opened. He proceeded to show me each one, holding up a old looking cake pop, and whatever else was in there. I just thought, he can't be serious. I couldn't believe how bad this service was. It totally disgusted me and I didn't even bother asking about the coffee, I just said no thanks and left.

Debbie, McKenzie, and Sarah was working when I was ordering m. McKenzie had a attitude.had to give my white chocolate mocha back twice. And was geeeted with a attitude with that. It is unacceptable what I am experiencing as a customer service representative myself. Michelle came as a deli manager saying that she was the manager and had a attitude and neck rolling, she is a horrible overseer of anyone and shouldn't be a lead of anyone.
