I ordered on Uber eats. The bread was as if it was on display all day. It looks good and fresh but far from it. Stop playing with people food. We hungry but not this hungry to eat just anything you throw out the door. Ask for extra banana peppers and it must have translated to less. I got like 2. Just cause we're not there to watch you make it doesn't mean you have to treat us like that.

Don’t know if this location has switched staffs or not , but normally when I come in I have a pleasant experience today I did not. I should have turned around when the employee acted as if she did not want to put her cigarette out that she was smoking when i pulled up to go in and serve me. When we both went into the store i thought the employee would put her mask on considering she sounded very sick. Coughing and sniffling (also should’ve left then and there when i realized she was sick and prepared all the food that is sat out) she began to prepare my sandwich and my stomach started to turn because of how visibly sick she was , coughing and sniffling all over my sandwich and the rest of the ingredients in front of her. It was a very unpleasant site and experience , I REFUSED to eat the sandwich i just stopped her midway and asked if she just kept the sandwich (i know i shouldn’t have even let her begin preparing my sandwich but i thought she would mask up i don’t know..) it was very disgusting , i wish i would have gotten her name. But she had red hair and glasses and was the only one in the shop. If you eat from this place and you see her just turn around she is SICK and preparing the food there , go to the subway in the Walmart around the corner that’s what i did and had a way better experience. Don’t know if this store needs help or not but with a pandemic going on no one wants to take risks and get sick because the next person is irresponsible and careless for others.

Service my wife and I received from the employee by the name of diana was above and beyond. Came across as taking pride in her job and very respectful and courteous. However!.!.! Another employee by the name of Amaya was highly disrespectful and completely ignored our needs as subway guest and paying customers. Completely refused to acknowledge myself or my wife. Also completely refused to assist or aid any team member skills to her fellow employee. Instead of offering aid/help/ or team player skills she skipped two people in front of us that arrived after. Both customers only purchasing 6 " subs while my wife and I both purchased 12" subs 6 cookies and chips. To Amaya... You really need to learn how to be a team player. How to be kind and courteous. Also respectful and professional. Oh!!! Also. Learn how to stay off your phone when on the clock and not eating while not on break and PLEASE!!! Wash your hands. Thank you for your inconsiderate and rude treatment to paying customers.
