Food was cold & over priced... another reason this mall is dying

Ordered Teriyaki Chicken with brown rice to go.Got home, was white rice, I called to complain and reply was sorry and hung-up on me. Called back and went to message " we are unable to answer the phone." Totally UNSAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the white rice tasted horrible!

I’ve been here 3 times. First two weren’t bad and the food was good but today I waited for 3 minutes at the counter while there were 4 employees in the back talking leaning not doing a thing. They made eye contact with me but still did not come over. Then I witnessed one of the employees finish mopping and not wash her hands before globing up to make food. Not following proper hand washing guidelines and food safety procedures.
Found tin foil inside my chicken. Didn’t give me a refund made me get something from the steak grill. My throat feels scratched and swollen. Never again.

Surprisingly good for food-court fare. Try the jalapeno chicken and bourbon chicken. The rice was okay, but the lo mein was pretty tired. It was mid afternoon when I ate here. It's pretty cheap and they gave me quite a lot of food.
