My order is always cold and wrong. I don't know what they do differently but their food tastes like no other Wendy's and I mean that in the worst way possible. Their food is not worth it go to the Goodlettsville location.

timing in the drive thru was alright,my fries were the tips and ends of the potatoes - no longer than an inch or two, even had a couple of raw fries that were cold and not cooked, the double cheeseburger was under cooked and actually red/raw in places. hope things are better soon, pretty much unhappy with my visit at the goodlettsville, Tn Wendy's

Everybody car that showed up at the speaker was leaving because nobody was taking orders, waited over 20 minutes and nobody took my order, terrible decision to go there for my lunch break, definitely will not be coming back.

Guess I'll leave a review here since they didn't bother giving us a receipt when asked. The crew that was working this evening was incredibly rude to my husband. If they weren't working they were eating on the line or laying on the counter... once it was our turn to receive our to go order the person basically threw it at him which caused the drink to spill everywhere didn't off napkins there were no napkins in the bag all that he could say was my bad as he closed the window... we are frequent guest at Wendy's as it's one of our few select fast food chains we visit. But we will NOT be back at this location

The fries are as advertised they off the chain I was pleasantly surprised. Caused I didn't know they had changed them until after I was eating them. Good service and friendly people

Second shift manager told me to order somewhere else because her store is short staffed after I ordered from DoorDash.She told me that the fact that they are short staffed they can not make my food after I paid but instead she accepted a order from the DoorDash who told me not worry and that he’ll pay for what I ordered and that doesn’t make sense to me.If it wasn’t t for him or sheThe manager at Wendy’s wouldn’t have made my food that I paid for.She was rude and she was a Caucasian lady and she also cursed me out.
