This is the slowest Dunkin ever. The chicken biscuit was AWFUL, the breading is mushy like it had been frozen and then nuked in the microwave and the chicken breast was processed chicken but still managed to be the most tough muscly chicken I’ve ever encountered. I could not bite through it. The bagel bites smelled like burnt plastic. What a waste of money.

One word. Shrinkflation. This past week I have ordered two items that are much smaller than before. The new curled donut was half the size of a standard donut. And the bagel I got this morning was miniature and barely had any cream cheese on it. This smells of cutting corners to save money.

The new churro donut was half the size of a regular donut and as hard as a rock. I ordered a raisin bagel this morning that was at least 30% smaller than standard and the cream cheese was only a thin smear. Forget ordering bacon on top of avocado toast. You might get a few sprinkles. This feels like cutting corners. If not, then food preparation need to be consistent, which requires training.

I don't go to Dunkin donuts but my wife drives. And she's a Dunkin aholic. She says this place never gets your food wrong. Coffee is always perfect and you can even get to bacon extra crispy.

I'm done with the reduction in the size/weight of the donuts.I'm done with the reduction of chocolate frosting on the donuts.And I'm certainly done with the increased cost based on the above. This is not the year 2050.
I have been to this location several times and my coffee is never correct and always terrible. There is a particular employee that always has an attitude and is unfriendly and when she’s there, I don’t even ask to have my order fixed. The wait time is insanely long and I honestly drive out of the way to go to the Jonesborough or Johnson City location to have good and consistent coffee.

Never consistent, rude staff most days. Anything with bacon on it and you can forget it. You may get 1/2 a piece on any item you order and that’s if your lucky. Go if you must but most Dunkin restaurants in this area don’t care… they are miserable while working and sling it together.

I’ve had to stop trying to place mobile orders at this dunkin. Even when I only have two things on the order, it’s never correct or they forget to give me something. They also frequently get my drink orders incorrect and forget something like the cold foam that I already paid extra for. Multiple times I’ve had to tell them to add it, when it’s clearly listed on the cup’s sticker. This place just isn’t on top of things.
