Staff was awesome. I was pulling a large load and called to see if it would be possible to order from the parking lot. I was advised to walk up to the window. This was during the lunch rush.. But service was friendly and quick. Food was good. Peachy tea hit the spot. I even introduced my friend from Wisconsin. She enjoyed the tea.
Always love Pal's. It is a Spring or Fall break tradition since we do not have one in Knoxville. Even after a slight mixup on a burger, the fixed a new one quick and added extra fries. Great customer service.
