We ordered dinner as delivery for our family. My wife’s food was ice cold and had hairs in it and when I called the restaurant I was told that their pasta is made somewhere else so the hair is not their problem and that the pasta is put in the oven so it couldn’t a bit cold pretty much telling me I was wrong. I don’t know who I spoke to on the phone but I do know that in restaurants usually they try to talk to you or apologize. She didn’t apologize for anything and pretty much told me I was crazy. Beware going there because your food’s gonna be cold and you might consume human DNA . I hope whoever the store manager reads this and realizes that they’re serving hair to their customers and that their food is below average.

11/29/23 Asked for lite sauce and get very heavy sauce. Pizza wasn't done nor cut. Had to spend time finish cooking the pizza. Call to speak to a manager and get put on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up.

UPDATED REVIEW: order online was delivered by door dash. Super friendly folks. However my pasta wasn't even covered with a top inside the box and the box was covered in crumbs and grease like a pizza was set on top (without a box). Even the door dash people commented on how disgusting it was. If my husband didn't love this pizza I wouldn't even bother. Gross ?Every time ive been to this pizza hut the staff is rude and they get my order wrong. Dont go here! Dominos is always 2x busier and the workers are always smiling, helpful, kind and always get my order right!

Very friendly staff. And the food was quick hot exactly what we ordered.
Greasy as all heck, missing the drink, cut like a toddler and can't reach the store by phone to fix it. Never again!
Cold and stiff as cardboard and tasted horrible. Not used to pizza hut being that way.
