Greeneville Dunkin usually does really well, but today the guy at the drive through window was very rude and they did a terrible job making my food. The food did not taste poorly, however when I order a bacon sandwich I expect a good amount of well…. BACON.Overall today with the combination of bad attitudes and a measly amount of bacon I had a bad experience.

Jaw dropping customer service. Waited in the drive-through for five minutes with no one in front of me. A line was building, and after yelling, " hello" into the intercom to no response pulled up to the window. Was ignored until she opened the window to say I needed to pull around. After telling her what happened, she informed me their system doesn't pick up big trucks. So she wanted me to pull around again even though it doesn't work. She insisted it would be rude if she took my order because of the other people behind me, even though I was there first? Absolutely bizarre. Then, she refused to give her name so I could talk with management

My mom and I went through the drive through yesturday around 1045 am .I ordered 2 ☕ the girl.at the drive through didn't hear me as I drove around I noticed she got 1 ☕. I ask at the window if I could get another one .she acted like it was the end of the world she took the card for payment .when the coffee was made she just left them sitting there .as she handed them out the window finally she said HERE .not a have a good day thank you just HERE .NOT very good customer service .I did tell her to have a great day as I left .Customer service goes a long way even if your having a bad day be nice .I believe the girls name was Allison

Ordered the same 2 coffee drinks twice a week for months at this store. Drinks were never made the same way twice. If you have a mobile order go the the register like you're going to order instead of the pickup counter designated for you. If you go to the pickup counter you will grow old waiting to be acknowledged. Zeros for quality, consistency, service, and atmosphere.

Some of the nicest, and talkative kids I have ever came across in a fast food place, they actually seemed to like working there, rare these days, therfore customer service 110% as for food it was great , but being treated like a person rather than a number was my highlight of my visit !
