This place is a complete dumpster fire. The people working here are rude and arrogant and 9 out of 10 times they mess something up on my order. Tried giving it a few chances but today was the last straw. A cashier should NOT argue with a customer EVER, especially when the cashier swears they told you something and they 1,000,000% DID NOT!!! I’ll never bother them with my business again.

Woke up hungry and Hardee's was the only thing open. Got 2 burgers ( that was horrible smelling) 2 small fries and 2 small sprites for $31 .Ended up at the hospital with food poisoning! Will never go back!!!

The first biscuit I got was great. The steak biscuit. The second biscuit was not very good. Super sausage breakfast or other? And we got cut off in the drive through. So not the best Hardee's visit ever but still better than Morristown.

I will see Hardee's in court the next time the person working the window spills coffee all my hand as he hands it to me. This is ridiculous.

Breakfast is supposed to be served until 11:00am. They were "out of biscuits " at 10:45, and not the least bit apologetic. Obviously the manager does not know how to run a breakfast shift, or the proper amount of biscuits would have been prepared. Most restaurants keep a spreadsheet of how much the sell per day to prevent such an occurrence. And the rudeness of the order taker! Instead of I'm sorry we only have 5 biscuits, she just yelled over the DT speaker. No apology at all.
