The staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining area was clean and warm.I got a white pizza, everything was good on it except for the spinach. The spinach tasted like it had come off one of those blocks of frozen spinach. That kind of spinach is good for dips but NOT for pizza. Spinach on a white pizza needs to be fresh leaf, (and there needs to be an option of balsamic vinaigrette drizzle). We knew we found a treasure when we saw the food coming out.We ordered a pizza to share, it was wonderful.We ate with the locals. Great friendly vibe. The man at the next table ordered lasagna, it was served in a loaf pan, looked and smelled heavenly. We opted to share a dessert, a generous slice of a turtle cheesecake.Turns out the owner makes the food from scratch, including, breads, rolls, desserts and main dishes. First time going , Small very friendly place. Excellent hamburger, fresh made to order. Homemade cheesecake for dessert also excellant. Patriotic American atmosphere. Homemade food at a great price. I will be a regular customer from here on.
