I went online to order pizza and seen a deal for 2 medium pizzas for $6 each and I thought perfect but when I went to the restaurant to order that deal I was talking to one of the employees and this other rude guy that worked there gave me a ridiculous price for a large pizza telling me they don’t have medium pizzas because they had to choose between having medium pizzas or delivery which makes no sense whatsoever, I will never eat at this establishment or any of the other establishments they have. The pizza is not that great anyway based on what I seen while I was there. The location at the TA truck stop in Bailyton TN has rudest employees I have ever seen. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to train there employees on how to treat customers here. Because of they rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the employees I did not eat there, I chose to spend my money somewhere else.

Ordered stuffed crust got regular crust. Pizza was poorly made with very little cheese and same for the cheese bread. We will not be ordering from here again. We have ordered from here many times and this was the last straw.

Truck stop pizza place I'm really surprised the flavor is garbage. Papa John's use to be about quality and sadly this was not it. Ordered wings that looked like they was taken off pigeons and the pizza has no Alfredo taste whatsoever ? you can do better at this location.Parking: Truck stop and gas station
Ordered a popadia, Buffalo chicken, very dry, didn't put any sauce on it, they have no prices on their monitors so you have to ask about anything you are interested

I’m a truck driver and ordered online for delivery to my truck because I fell today and can hardly walk. So I thought this would work perfect so I could eat. Shortly after I ordered they called and said that the manager doesn’t allow them to deliver to the trucks! I was like are you serious? I explained I could hardly walk but that didn’t matter. That was going to be an easy delivery and I was tipping $7 basically for them to deliver across the parking lot. It’s a shame these companies don’t want to actually make money anymore! I don’t think I’ll ever order from them again no matter where I am. I really could have used their help today.
