I go to this subway perhaps two or three times a month, as it's conveniently close to my workplace. The food is standard Subway, and they're not excessively stingy on the toppings. The staff is always friendly, and my sandwich is always made correctly and quickly. The store is typically decently clean, except during the busiest part of lunch when everyone's behind the counter making subs, not free to wipe tables. When it's quiet, it's typically quite clean.Not sure what else I'd ask for from a Subway. It's not inspired food and it's a bit expensive compared to other options in town, but for a sandwich chain, it's pretty good. The friendly staff is what really sets this Subway apart from a lot of others I've gone to.Parking: There's a decent number of parking slots in a lot to the east of the building toward Industrial Road. I've never had any trouble getting a spot at lunch.

The subway at the end of industrial road is absolutely the worst subway in the area. I stopped going to this location a few months ago, but out of convenience I decided to run through the drive thru. And once again i realized why I don't go there. I sat at the drive through speaker for 3 or 4 minutes understanding if they are fixing a sandwich it's hard to take an order. So I drive around the building and notice the place is empty. The employees was standing in office. So I go back to order at the speaker. Still nothing, I drive up to the window and see one of the employees coming in from outside he comes to the window. I ask if the speaker is broken, he says they decided to close the drive thru for a while.. He asked if I was coming in like it was a burden. I told him no, thought he would offer to take my order at the window. I didn't want to go in cause I have been working in the rain and was wet. A note on the drive thru menu about the drive thru being closed would help.

Omg Idk The man That mad my sandwich here but it was on point to the point my kids started eating my sandwich and they not really fans of subway but it was made just right to the point I almost went back and got another one or 2 ❤️thank you to the staff that was

If this location doesn't want to provide drive thru service they should put up a sign at the Drive thru. Instead they just Ignore that you are there. The car in front of me just drove off. I gave up and went in.

The employee barely cut the bread and just tore it the rest of the way on both the sandwiches I ordered, then put the toppings on in a very sloppy manor. It was not busy at the time we went, so she shouldn't have been overwhelmed. She had a careless attitude, and her work reflected it.

Upon arriving at the store I was informed the online order wasn’t ready even tho they marked it done. After waiting two subs wasn’t toasted, my sandwich was made in the wrong bread and there was missing toppings and two slices of meat. Ridiculous! I will not be returning as Jersey Mike’s is in town and the food is ? made to satisfactory.

Went here 2 weeks ago. Went threw the drive threw to order 2 subway full marks that comes with soda & bag of chips. The people working there that took my order the the drive threw couldn't even get me order right at all, has to keep telling them what was both orders I ordered there for about 7 minutes. When I got to the drive thru picked my orders up & finally got home. When I removed both out of the bag they have me with my food in, my 2 subway sandwiches I ordered they was not even close to what I ordered at all. For one thing the Wheat bread was way to small for been a 6 foot sub, along with the Philly Steak, Cheese & etc I asked them to put on both Subway sandwiches I actually did order from here. Ask in ask the Costumer services here was very bad & the order was no good period. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone paid to order iteams from at all. ???. I really think they should shut this place down period...

Amy is the most rude person I have ever met. She swears at her customers and thinks she is cute about it. Police were called because she refused to give my food or refund on my online order she said I was lying about. Funny how when police came she found it and refunded me. I would never go there again. She doesn't represent all the good hard workers at other subways. If you don't want to deal with this very rude Amy you might want to choose a different subway. Police officer was a great guy that came out and agreed on how the customer service is so downhill. Just glad I got my money back and reported her to the corporate office. Glad I recorded the way she was to a customer because I was asked to send it to corporate. They were very concerned. As you can see in numerous other reviews they say how rude she was to them also. Pulled up to the drive through and was told “One moment” and responsed with “No problem”. 10 minutes passes and lady behind me with forever frown driving a white chevy blazer pulls around me aggressively. I pull up and see that a Subway employee is taking this women’s order at the drive thru window.Goodbye Subway, trash service.
