Pulled up at approximately 5:45 to an empty parking lot. Two employees were outside talking and smoking. They went inside when they saw my car approaching the drive-thru. I waited for a few minutes and someone over the intercom said that the drive-thru is closed. I said, “Well, that’s awfully strange considering that your drive-thru OPEN sign is lit up, it’s dinner time, and the intercom is clearly working. I have two small children so that is the reason I am using the window. What is the reason for the closure?” No one responded. Just breathing over the line. I guess they were pretty upset I made them put out cigarettes to do their job, as if it’s my fault they have a cancer-causing habit and work at a fast-food joint. Can’t wait to leave Greeneville, or shall I say, Hickville.

Got a really good Philly cheesesteak here last time I went! Was pretty empty and not the worst wait time, the guy working was def upset with me making a large order but I also showed up close to close so that’s very much on me ?. 5/5 starsVegetarian options: You can easily make a vegetarian sandwhich here don’t stress it

It may be that the app and restaurant aren’t in synch, but when orders are placed the app can’t tell if the store is missing ingredients and forwards the progress of your order regardless of what’s actually happening in the kitchen. I waited for 20 minutes for the app to say my order was ready, only to arrive and find that they didn’t have meatballs at the store and had to wait for them to refund the order.Also, this location does not honor all of the deals on the app. If you can go to a different spot, I would recommend that.

We walked in subway 1 hour before they close, we were served instantly by a guy named Christian. Christian was a very nice guy and really helpful with our selection. The night time shift has been the best customer service I’ve received!!!

I was in your Subway approximately a month ago, and have been meaning to write a review about the audacity of the girl/child working in the front. I don't know her name but she has acne around her mouth and is loud and opinionated. I don't think the Manager knows what is happening. Let me explain:She was working there with a young man and his face was disgusted by her response. As she was making my sandwich, she was playing with the knife in the crack of the counter(running board) digging out of the crease and then tried to cut my sandwich with that. I told her not to do that, she asked why? I told her that she just finished digging the knife in the crack of the counter and that was unsanitary. She claimed she didn't do it. But my eyes saw her. I was appauled. I asked her to get another knife and she was huffing and puffing that a simple request wasn't in her policy or common sense. I started to get stressed at the carelessness in which the little one was handling my sandwich. I said, cancel it, I will go somewhere else. She said, "good you better". I turned around in anger at this point. And said, how sad. The young man working with her was shocked at her and she continued to make unaccepted, idle threats. I just thought, this is the new generation of terrible customer service reps. I have not since eaten here and have proclaimed to everyone that I talk to not to eat her, for the nastiness. The way the food counter was kept, I just thought that perhaps they had a rush and are about to clean up. But they just opened approx. an hour prior. The most horrendous experience I have had in the food industry and I am 60 years old. If I could rate this as horrendous and nasty, if there was such a key, I would hit it twice. Management understand what you hire. If they don't have your intended view of success, it is only a matter before you fail. Another one bites the dust. You have a check at the top of this for FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIENCE. All of these have failed. This restaurant is dirty, don't go here.

Ordered on line order 2 double meat BLT FT LONG NIETHER ONE.HAD DOUBLE MEAT. When I called to talk to them about it Noone would answer the phone. The someone took their phone off the hook so I couldn't get through. Worst subway I have ever been to and will never go there again!!!!???? ps. The other sandwiches were fine.

Amy is the most rude person I have ever met. She swears at her customers and thinks she is cute about it. Police were called because she refused to give my food or refund on my online order she said I was lying about. Funny how when police came she found it and refunded me. I would never go there again. She doesn't represent all the good hard workers at other subways. If you don't want to deal with this very rude Amy you might want to choose a different subway. Police officer was a great guy that came out and agreed on how the customer service is so downhill. Just glad I got my money back and reported her to the corporate office. Glad I recorded the way she was to a customer because I was asked to send it to corporate. They were very concerned. As you can see in numerous other reviews they say how rude she was to them also. Hey, I was there earlier today and Cassandra who was working and someone else was there too, that other girl made my sandwich later cause she was taking other customer but Cassandra was just standing there in the back and would not make my sandwiches and would gossip about me to other lady who was working there. This is not the first time she has done this but I was silent that time but now I would like this matter to go to corporate I don’t know what problem she have with me but she’s crazy, racist. Also my bread was raw, they had more fresh bread but did not give it to meThank you ?

My sister went to this store with a coupon around 5 pm on 6/17/23. The cashier would not take her coupon and accused her that she uses the same coupon multiple times. I am attaching the coupon as it was never used before. She could either scan the barcode or manually enter the code. She refused to make her sandwich. How can Subway hire someone with such an ill attitude? I’m taking this matter to the corporate.

The employee working was trying to close up with almost an hour left. The lights over food was already off. Only 1 option for bread and most of the meats, cheese and veggies were already put up. She was not willing to get anything back out.
