Night shift on this night was ridiculous! Too busy bitching about another girl not doing her job and left us sitting for almost 30 min on a cheese quesadilla and 3 drinks! We were new to the keyosk thing and did not know in order for them to cook our food we had to pay 1st! I have been her before and didn't have that problem. I live out of town and loved this location but not so much anymore....I mean the whole staff except 1 girl w green dye in her hair was complaining about doing their job!!!! And playing around and acting up w one another,when they could have said something to us,I mean most people dont hang out at Taco Bell for 45 min or longer!!!! This is ridiculous and I am pissed off!

Was waiting in line at register to place order , and the cashier ( apperntly the only one) took it upon himself to go help folks order from the kiosk . Leaving me and another customer waiting to be helped . We both left the lobby and went through drive throughThat is unacceptable service .

I think the people there are trying really hard it just stays way too busy for a taco bell. I stop in to grab a quick dinner after work when I have no spare time, go inside because the drive thru is backed around the building and it takes 45 min to an hour to get my food. It's usually correct but they do mess up an order from time to time. There is one guy there that should be over it though because he works his but off, he needs to be in charge I wish I knew is name. But I would not suggest this place for a quick meal the way it is now

Legit waited at the speaker for 17 minutes , in the rain, having to keep my window cracked so i can hear when theyre ready to take my order, after I was told" I'll be right with you " ( which usually doesn't take long)Left with my disappointed 10 year old and without ever getting to order anything.
The food is good. But this damn Taco Bell always forgets to put something in the bag. It never ever fails.

I came through the drive thru and they tried to give me an extra drink. I told them it wasn't mine. The total was $36. I handed them $100 bill got $44 back. I was supposed to get $64 back. Really should have been more than that since they charged me for a Mountain Dew that I did not ask for. Im mainly upset I've tried contacting them about shorting me on my money. But they have their phone turned off. Highly upset with this location.
