We came in had to wait to Seated that was ok the service was good the food was good and getting close to closing and the employees were using the restroom as a playroom being very loud, not appropriate for a nice restaurant that I will return the service and the food was great

We took our friends out too eat Friday evening for supper here and the food was Superb just like always here. I just have too say this is our favorite place too eat in Greeneville. If you are looking for food with the best flavor this is your spot. I always get the sweet BBQ Memphis Chicken Breast meal and it is delicious and I'm not a person who likes or eats steak but my husband and his best friend both got the Texas Tails meal and they both could not stop saying how delicious it was. He wouldn't hush until I tried a bite of it and I have too be honest it was so delicious. And this is coming from someone who does not like steak nor do I eat it. I honestly think I could eat those though. It was so very good. It did not have that tough, gets bigger as you chew it texture. It was so soft and smooth and had the best flavor. And my friend got the smothered chicken breast and she said it was so very yummy too. It is a little pricey but so very worth it and you definitely get your moneys worth. If you have never tried this place you definitely have too try it at least 1 time and you will be hooked on it. Waitresses are very nice and always do more than expected too help you with whatever you may need. Usually a wait there because everyone else loves it too. Cozy, quite and perfect place too get great food. Just try it I promise you won't regret it.

Order the "tails" not very good. No fast to the meat and well over priced. Added French onion soup. It was made from grease from the fried stakes with a handful of salt added. Had one onion slice in the soup. For the price I'm not going back it's not worth it.
I went there with my other business partners Mark and Deborah O'Sullivan. We are with Stonefly cabins and excavating. We really enjoy a good steak and this is the best around.

One of the best steakhouses I have been to...in the world. It's simple and straightforward, and it is VERY right in every way. The food is excellent, the restaurant itself is low pressure, and the service is very personal and attentive. I highly recommend Butcher's Block and will be back repeatedly.

Very good food - 10 oz.ribeye, filet mignon, French onion soup - took off one point for lack of atmosphere. It’s not dirty or anything, just plain. Would love to get a glass of wine, too! Service from Danielle was excellent. Restaurant was busy on a Thursday night but we were seated immediately. We are residents of Greeneville and have been there twice.
