We ordered and paid for 3 foot longs on the app. Right before they were supposed to be done, we got a call that they didn't have the bread or meat we ordered. So we asked to cancel the order. We never did receive our refund. I guess they needed the money more than we did. Haven't ate there since.

This is how thin our sandwiches have been the past several times we’ve ordered on the app and they have the audacity to ask for a tip. This is ridiculous especially for the price of subway nowadays. I’ll drive the 17 minutes to Martin’s subway from now on. Also eating here was the first and only time I’ve ever had food poisoning and I couldn’t even think about subway for a few months.

First time using app I orderedProvolone cheese on my rapDrove over to pickup when I get home their is a note on my rapAnd it said we didn't have what you wanted so hope you like what we made with out even telling meAlso so much Mayo I couldn't even eat not what I ordered when I called asked for GM the girl without even giving her name said what's the problem again I asked for GM she said she went home I based when could I talk to her she said tomorrow.I explained to the girl what happened and she said brig all the way back I'll make new with what they didn't have what I wanted the first time.so next day I tried calling all day but rang and rang and said no voice mail set upUpdateDrove to store because I wanted to talk to GMHer name is Felicia .when I asked were was GM she said that's meLooking very unprofessionalLook like she was folding her laundry at the table's people eat on if their was any customersShe tell me some lame excuseThat she wasn't their to watch what her employees do she was given my phone # by another GM named misty.and she said none gave to herLook at my pictures I postedSubway sign broken Dow laying on side of buildingShe gave me half of my money back after I made a sceneAnd then said will get it right next time?? yeah right
