This Dunkin is by far much better than the newer one in Elizabethton. Much better customer service- very nice and welcoming unlike the other location. The drink I get every single day tasted so much better here, never realized just how bad the other location was! No sugar at the bottom and the drink was actually mixed! We will definitely make this our location of choice from this point on!! The difference is night and day!
Donuts & Drink are good, not shockingly good.Service is sometimes really slow, depends on which crew/shift. Very friendly though either way.Their breakfast foods (opinion) is disgusting.

Friendly staff, great service. My order is always correct and consistent at this location. We order here sometimes two times a day and it’s always busy but very fast and always clean. By far- this location beats the newer Elizabethton location all around!!
