Usually go here once a week. Spent over $90 tonight to end up with all the bbq plates with no sauce when we even asked for extra, and a hair on the dry no topping burger. When I called and explained the situation, told them I wasn’t looking for a refund but asked for a partial credit toward a future order I was told they weren’t going to offer a credit due to lack of bbq sauce. On bbq plates which is kind of the point. Very disappointing when we typically spend about $50-60 a week there.

So sad that this place has gone downhill. Everything we've ordered is either dry or not what was requested. Love getting a Mac& Cheese potato with no Mac & cheese. Brisket was also horribly dry. Never going back.

Was charged and given a sweet tea that was not ordered. When called about it Jen argued that it was ordered. Explained it was not but was still argued with about it. I explained that we had always received excellent service and KIND employees. Not this time.

The food is never disappointing! The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh! Staff is so friendly and they even serve beer. Couldn’t love it more!
