Very sweet spot!Great area for camping, a ramp to put into the water, and a great spot for some classic southern-fried cooking.Literally only 4 stars because the coffee was less than quality, but everything else was excellent. Incredibly sweet and personable staff. The food is well above what you'd expect, with a burger that beats big chains, and great grilled shrimp. Simple salad bar but well stocked. Just had a great meal at The Cove! Good hometown food but check the hours of operation, mainly open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It's lake front with a pretty good salad bar. The blackened Red Snapper was delicious and the housemade, homemade Banana Pudding was some of the best I've I had.

Don't listen to the negative review. It is a small little restaurant with a few workers so the wait is to be expected. The food was amazing and the so we the workers. The amazing food was priced great and there were a couple of pretty kitties. I highly recommend you come try The Cove. I will be back here for sure.
