We use to oder from here a couple times a week but tonight will unfortunately be our last night ever since the new girl at the front has started she has messed up my order I order cheese on salads get absolutely no cheese and of course the original girls working correct it next time I come in but tonight was the last straw I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich instead I get a large cheese steak pizza and when I bring it to her attention she acts as if she don't care then when I tell her I do not want the pizza she has them make the correct thing but tells me it's the same price as for the pizza and doesn't want to fix her mistake this has become an ongoing deal with her and as long as she is there I nor my family will be back I was looking forward to the new restaurant they are opening but I will not step foot in there if this is the kind of employees they are gonna put in it and I've told the other girls about it but yet nothing was done besides they saying they would have a talk with her and of course it done no good

Planning the Spring Banquet for the Community Pregnancy Center, Hartsville was very smooth. The food was incredible and everyone complimented our choice of food service restaurant. Plain Jane's is highly recommended. Additionally, a pizza ordered separately was also delicious. Way Ta Go, y'all.
Just picked up a To go order an let me just say. This is some of the worst Italian restaurants ive eaten at. The lasagna I ordered with LIGHT SAUCE, was drowning in it. Had to fish for noodles. Almost everything was bland. The one thing that was seasoned was drowned it garlic butter.

The calzones are awesome. It was for takeout and was ready when I came for it. Great value for what we ordered. Very delicious, and we loved it.

There is absolutely nothing Plain Jane about this place. We eat here very often, and we have never had anything we didn’t love. The food is wonderful and the staff is very friendly! The only thing that could make it better, is if they offered deep fried mushrooms! We are thankful to have such a yummy place in this little town!!!

Nice place to eat, good food friendly staff.100% recommend the food.My only negative thoughts are:Benches hurt your butt! :)Would be nice if they had fountain drinks with ice. Instead of just bottle drinks.
