I always order the same sandwich when eating here. Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch with no cheese & black olives. Every single time I have ordered from there it's messed up. Last time it was not toasted, no bacon, extra cheese, & no ranch. This time it was not toasted, 1 super small piece of bacon, & no ranch again. I just wouldn't waste my money unless you plan on watching them make your sandwich.

Hartsville Subway is falsely advertising the breakfast sandwich. I ordered 3 this morning thru doordash and when the dasher got there they told her they didn't carry eggs in that store. If you don't carry eggs in that store why are you advertising a breakfast sandwich on your online menu ????

Have gotten take out here several times and sandwiches were great, but not tonight. Both sandwiches were on the slim side as regards to the toppings---not up to usual. More bread than anything else. Disappointing.

Feed my family yesterday. Lettuce was yellow / brown, yellow / cucumbers were not fresh and discolored, guacamole was tinted brown and had a foul taste. Tomatoes & spinach wilted and barely any ingredients were even put into the roll. I upped to 2 stars because the cookies were good. Do better Subway!

so i placed an online order, it took my money but no confirmation email and the app said there was an error and never placed my order. walked in to explain the situation, kept getting cut off by the workers saying it happens a lot that an order won’t show up until the customer walks in and that’s NOT what happened, told me they couldn’t do anything and WALKED OFF!!! thanks a lot subway, that was the last little bit of money i had for dinner until payday thursday!!

I rely didn't want to score a negative number but you are obviously forced to give them something. I've now been on hold for 27 minutes and counting. The most unprofessional one answered and said hold on. So unless my battery dies on my phone, I'm not hanging up.Just to get the store location number so that I may report her. Service with an attitude was what I received and in front of a crowd! Wow! So,not the best recommendation but.....
