Atmosphere was nice. Service was the worst from the moment my party walked in. It's a Friday night and there's hardly anyone here. After we ordered 45 minutes of waiting for our food. And other groups had came in and gotten their food before we got ours. I told our waiter Nathan that I was about to leave. Then all of a sudden our food was coming out. And all of it was cold??? Really??? Then no refills at all. One of us ordered a chicken basket and it only came with 2 chicken tenders and the menu says 4. The grill cheese was burnt. The Chicken Alfredo looked like it had been sitting in the plate from the day before. The cheese wasn't even melted on top. The burger was good. But cold. After that I had to finally just walk up to the counter because we didn't even receive the check. It's my first time here and it will be my last.

The coolest place to eat with the best bacon burgers ever! Service is excellent too. Five stars all the way.
We were in town staying at Chickasaw and ended up eating here 3 days in a row after our first experience. Burger was perfect, Chicken Philly was best Ive ever had, my kids even cleaned up some bbq bone in wings.

I took my daughter for a mom and daughter day and we decided to try this place out for the first time and when we got there the host told us to sit whereevwr we wanted, so we did. After about 5 min of sitting there, the manager tapped on my shoulder and asked us to move because they had a party of 25 coming and needed the table we were sitting at which was a 4 seater table. We moved somewhere else and then ordered but they were out of ice cream and sour cream. She ordered a potato and wanted a milk shake but couldn't get it. We had to keep a look out for the waiter bc once he was gone, he was gone for a while. It was just a terrible experience for us.

Excellent in all areas ...lots of food for ur buck. We ordered 24 wings and got 27. Excellent customer service. We will be back every week. Henderson....yall need this in our town. Support local business so this place can stay. There aren't very many places goof to eat here without waiting in line an hour for a steak at snookums. I love them but we needed this. Price is great...no more going to jackson for a good meal. Great jobs guys
We were given congealed mayo and they called it ranch. We asked for bleu cheese and were given some kind of brown sauce. We asked why it was like this and were told “sorry that’s what we have. It’s a different brand”. Never in my life bave a seen ranch that looks like the gross mayo left on the lid. We called to ask for a manager and Brandy did not care anymore than the server did.Response to the business comment below: I posted this review on behalf of my husband who called. When we said something inside the restaurant we were told that’s all they had. No one cared when we were there. And on the phone, they were very dismissive and said “we appreciate you”. You served bad product and took no accountability until someone posted a bad review.

I never write reviews I usually go about my business but I just had to do it since they tried gaslighting me or maybe our server was just lazy. We got an appetizer and they were out of marinara so we tried ranch and it was pretty good with that but when my baked potato came and I asked for ranch they gave me some brown stuff that definitely wasn’t ranch. I informed him and he said it was a different brand. WRONG it was expired or wasn’t the right dressing, I’m not sure what it was exactly..Regardless he just shrugged it off and sat at a table and got on his phone.my family is in the food industry. It’s not hard to get passing scores when you have money.Do better.
