Restaurant was dirty, tables have seen better days. The service here is the slowest I’ve ever seen.My food somehow managed to become charred on a flat grill to the point I could not even eat it due to the overpowered taste of char.Food quality is super cheap and the prices are high.

Bonefire is fantastic!! You cannot go wrong literally at all. You pick your Rice, your size bowl, you stuff. Whatever you want, they cook it perfect. They bring it out to you and my goodness. The portions on a regular is more than you think❤️❤️ It is a fantastic place. I highly recommend it.

I’m giving bonfire 5 stars for the food and atmosphere but the service is a hit or miss,I eat a the bonfire here in Hendersonville and the one in Clarksville as well, the Clarksville location is the same way the food is good and the atmosphere is good but service wise is a hit or miss(what I notice was lack of help 1 waiter and 1 host is not enough)

Horrible service, took us 10 minutes to be brought to a table. Took 20 minutes for us to receive our food. They forgot about our drinks. We reminded them and after 10 minutes we finally received them only for them to give us all water. We ordered two teas, a lemonade, and a water. After correcting them for the third time, we finally received the correct drinks 35 minutes into our meal. The waitress was not the least bit sorry. They also just didn't explain anything to us. When we were confused they just didn't say anything. My sisters showed visible confusion at the menu and were not helped by the waitress who stood there watching. Next, they brought our eggs which went with our meals 40 minutes into our meal. One of them did not have a visible yolk and the other egg was served by a waiter who whispered what it was. My dad was not sure what it was and the waiter did not respond, it did not take until the other waiter came to ask the waiter what they were saying and said it louder. Overall 4/10 experience, please train your employees better, Bonfire. Everything else was alright, but the service was unacceptable.Vegetarian options: There was vegetable fried rice but I can't confirm that it was vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed in. Pretty nice. The portions on the kids meals are astronomical though.

Always go here but lately the new waiters have been rude, unresponsive. Standing around talking and avoiding customers.

!!Put veggies in your bowl first, then add the MEAT!! Staff won't tell you that but that's how you get all the veggies you want.

First time experience, the waitress was very patient and helpful in explaining the process for us. There was a huge assortment of options at the "build your own bowl" bar, and you get a ton of food for the money. The meal was cooked perfectly, and tasted delicious. Fantastic value, and one of the best kept secrets in the area!

The fact that we didn't end up on the toilet an hour later is a miracle. This place is sketch. It honestly looks like it belongs in one of those bad restaurant shows on Food Network. This is one of those places where you can create your own stir-fry. They also offer a pre-fixed teppanyaki menu. When doing your own stir-fry, you choose your size bowl, go up to the meat/veggie station to pick whatever you want in it and then choose your sauces. They cook it all on a big flat top and bring it back to your table. I'm being completely honest in saying it all looked disgusting. The fact that raw meat and seafood was just there out in the open with multiple people touching the serving tongs; just gross. And the veggies did not look fresh at all. The sauce station was equally gross with spills all over. The overall look of the restaurant just felt like it was dying and in need of a remodel. Now for the food. Let's just say after a few bites, I couldn't do it anymore. It was just like eating a bowl of oily flavorless noodles. Mind you, I did choose the teriyaki and hot sauce to be added to my food, but it was still so bland. The hubby is not a picky eater at all and even he said the food was gross. We only put our food in the to-go box because we didn't want to be rude to our family members who enjoy this place. But once we got back to the house, it went straight in the garbage. Our server (forgot her name) was very nice and dealt with our large party with ease. She even had a good comeback for my very sarcastic father-in-law. So props to her! She was pretty much the only positive from this experience. I live in Las Vegas, so maybe I'm just spoiled with all the delicious restaurants we have. But let me assure you, this is not what teppanyaki is supposed to taste like. If you like this place, kudos to you. But this is definitely not my cup of tea.

Absolutely filthy. After being ignored by all of the staff while waiting to be seated, we went elsewhere after 25 minutes standing at the door. We’re service industry and likely more patient than most. Heavily staffed, not busy.

Not enough servers. The one i had ran her butt off taking care of way too many tables, still did a good job considering.Food was good (if it's bad, it's your fault lol). Selection was pretty decent.Tip; its not a salad. Focus on one or two meats, 2-3 veg, and season heavily. Taste all the sauces, i usually combine 2 for sweet and spicy. When stacking your bowl, flatten each layer so the next has a good foundation, and you can get it pretty tall.Seasonings:Salt/ pepper / onion works for beefSalt/ garlic/ lemon for chickenSpicy for seafood

My Wife liked the Hibachi Chicken that she got. Though the main draw of a Mongolian resteraunt is Mongolian BBQ.You order your size of bowl and the type of noodle or rice you want. You then go to a bar, get what you want them to cook, and wait way to long for the food to come back to you.The server was apathetic. Here's the kicker. In Middle Tennessee they charge PER GLASS of Sweet Tea. That's 2.95 per glass.
