BWW was completely understaffed and service was awful. We spent almost two hours trying to eat dinner with poor service and missing items. We saw our waiter three times during the entire night. Food came out at varying times. We were missing three items that never came. Once the waiter finally came by to check in for stop #2, he said he'd go put it in. We waited another thirty minutes and it never came. We had to ask the to-go counter to print our checks off to get out of the restaurant. There was no management in sight the entire night. Highly disappointed.

The food we received was rotten, literally rotten food.The wings had almost no sauce.I have added pictures to show the disgusting rotten celery we received, as well as the wings that had no sauce.Further, I placed an online order at 4:26 on Friday. I went in at 4:42 to pick up the order. I was told that they did not have any wings ready and that it would be at least five minutes before they had wings ready.That’s an odd thing to say for a restaurant with the word “wings” in it.They were not busy. This would be like going to Burger King and they say they don’t have any burgers. That would be a very odd excuse to give from a burger restaurant for a long delay in fulfilling an order, and it is an equally odd excuse to give from a wings restaurant for why they are unable to fulfill an order of wings

Edit: Completed form as requested by the owner. BWW unequivocally did not "make things right".Original: I ordered delivery. Missing 1/3rd of my wings. No salsa. I literally have 6 (7?) boxes of chips and no salsa. 3 orders of tenders and not a sauce in sight. Never again. Got refunded $16 on a $197 order.

Server took her time. It took 25 minutes for lemon pepper seasonings, never got fries that came with main menu. She didn't care. Never got a single drink refill of soda... it was hardly busy.
Always a great place. Great workers, and food is always good. It's a guaranteed fun time. The atmosphere is nice. It is loud, so if any sensory disorders take headphones, or get it to-go, or sit away from the bar area.
We had a great time here, and everyone seemed to enjoy their food. It just took a little while to receive it, but I understand the night was

As I have done numerous times, my family and I headed to Buffalo Wild Wings in Hendersonville. This night would be different than we have experienced in the past. When we arrived there was no one at the hostess counter to greet up. We waited about 3 minutes before we were greeted. No I am sorry for your wait, just a come this way. Once fitted we were never acknowledged by anyone. There were several workers walking around but no one came to our table. We waited for 15 minutes and finally decided to leave to go next door to Sam's restaurant. As we were walking out the store, some young waiter, yells out "y'all have a nice day". My wife explained that we have been waiting for 15 minutes but was never waited on, he then replied well, have a nice night and allowed us to walk out the door. I am used to this type of service since we lived in Atlanta up until 6 months ago but we have not experienced this type of service in Hendersonville. Don't think we will go bak to Buffalo Wild Wings since there are so many other choices to take my family to dinner.
