Been wanting to try First Watch for quite a while now. I have never been to any locations. Today is my birthday so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to try it out!Ambiance was nice, the hosts were welcoming. Service was okay, she was nice but I felt like she could have engaged more. Never really checked on us after we received our meals.Let's get on to my meal. I ordered the Florentine Benedict. I love benedict's so I was super excited. This benedict was not so exciting. The presentation of it was great however, it seemed old. My eggs were definitely hard boiled as you can see in the picture definitely not a benedict egg that we all love. I also feel like the spinach should have been wilted rather than raw. I didn't make a fuss because it still had good flavor.First impression is everything in a restaurant and since it was my first time, I wasn't impressed with the food and will most likely not return.

We came here for the first time we ordered the million dollar bacon as an entree which was probably the best thing we had, my wife ordered the chickachanga entree which was really good and I ordered the shrimp and grits it didn't have a lot of flavor but I do know when you try it you have to eat everything with it it needs just a little bit of salt. The drinks were good. We will definitely be back here and try something else.

Everything came out cold. I've eaten at a dozen locations. This place was 55 degrees inside. My order came out wrong, but the temp was the issue. Chicken sausage was cold, bacon was cold. The waffle didn't melt spread butter after syrup. No manager spoke to me after the server instead.
My wife took me to breakfast Tuesday, I wanted BLT. Well their was three very small pieces of bacon on it. The egg, which I didn't want was the whole sandwich. My potatoes were warm, that's not a good start for a upcoming day.
