This place really needs a manager to reevaluate their lunch time service. I was in there 2 weeks ago and my online order still wasn’t ready 30 minutes after my pick up time. This is ridiculous! The young man at the cash register was rude and didn’t have a single card in the world. Lily was amazing and tried her absolute best. This time I ordered door dash and the dasher has been waiting almost an hour at the store for the food, so I am sure that yet again this place is carefree. This is the last time I order here since there are plenty more sub restaurants in the area that are much quicker and seem to have better customer service skills.

Absolutely ridiculous. There is no coordination in this establishment. There is no organization. The service is absolutely piss poor. I don't know who the manager is of this store but they need to be fired. There was four people working tonight and it took me literally 36 minutes to get my food. That should have been ready at 5:52 is when I was told it would be ready I got there at 5:50 right on the. I asked several times when my food would be ready and did not get a clear answer I would highly recommend going somewhere else besides this location

We had a real bad experience at the Jersesy Mike’s in Hendersonville Tn today . They left the Capucola off my sandwich. We had to wait over 30 minutes for my friends sandwich . The guy adding the condiments kpt school Scraping his head. Please close this location so another business can take over.

Food is OK, it's a sub shop. Hard to mess it up most of the time. Service is just stupid. I used to order with their app and pick up. As others have stated, it's worthless because your order is never ready. Apparently they don't start your order, whether you ordered it 5 minutes ago or 30 minutes ago, until you arrive at the store. Might as well just order at store, right? Wrong. Went in store today to order and only customer in the building. After waiting a few minutes to order, finally employee comes and makes my order. 4 other people come in behind me while I waited. So instead of completing my order, he asks the others what they want and make their sandwiches before completing mine. So I have to wait an extra 5 minutes while he makes everything else. No other sub shop does this, just this one. So, I will go elsewhere if this is their policy.

Called in an order at 11 am for pickup at 5:10pm and gave a tip. Order was not started when I arrived at 5:13 and once I got home the order was wrong. Additionally there was no apology from the staff for the wait/inconvenience. Will not be back. Unaccceptable!
Order every weekend and I get things happen. But it gets worse and worse. Wrong orders to hour late online orders. Brown lettuce, manager needs training.
