I've tried and tried to keep giving this place a chance. But everytime I go...They make it so hard. They finally staffed, but going for breakfast today. The women with Grey Hair was so rude and seemed so annoyed people were there... Kept telling me to hold on drive thru, could hear her arguing and talking bad about dri er at window. She was so rude. Waited 15min at window.... Since they let the GM Denise(she's at Arby's now) leave, this place has been terrible. I used to go multiple times a month... Now I go once every couple of months hoping for a change..... Just close it down at this point....

Had a employee who didn't even have doors unlocked 45 minutes after opening. Then he said that I needed to calm down and not have a problem with him as he continued to insult me. Totally disrespectful. It was the Charlotte Pike location around Ave.17th.

Young lady at the window was making sly remarks about our order. We asked for bo pickels or condiments, and with a rude face she said, "If you just wanted them fresh, next time just ask for them off the grill." It took me a couple minutes to even put together what she thought was going on. Won't go back. Rather just get the microwave WhiteCastle burgers.

If I could do No stars I would. After the last 2 stops at this location I will be fighting to have this restaurant removed from Hendersonville. The rude service and attitude that was displayed this evening by the lady in Drive thru has made this retired soldier ready for a fight. Why is it that everytime We , Yes We. Go through the drive through is it always 30 mins til food can be made. Had No Cars in Drive through... 2 customers standing inside and NOTHING going on... Why 30 mins? With a Krystals in Hendersonville, Why is it that Hendersonville residents go to Goodlettsville or Gallatin? Because this Krystals is a disgusting sad excuse for a Restaurant. If You are the Owner and Planning on replying back... Post a contact. I would love to talk about Your restaurant.
