The food is great! I don’t recommend going into the bathroom though as it looked like it had been a while since they were cleaned the stall had smears of something on it there were cobwebs and the toilet definitely needed scrubbed.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad. Halfway through I realized it was served with sliced deli meat and not grilled chicken. Not sure if this is how a grilled chicken salad is served here or if it was a mistake. In my opinion, the salad was not a great value for the money either.

I haven’t had McCalisters in a while. We ordered chicken salad croissant and the croissant was stale. Chili nachos and the chips were stale. Turkey and cheese and got a ham melt. $40

It's hit and miss. We have experienced decent service and not so decent service. On a previous visit, the entire dining room looked as if no one was cleaning up anything. Tables with discarded plates and trash on them, trash on the floor. On this same visit, we ordered online to dine in. There was an extremely unsatisfactory wait based on the ordering 15 minutes before arriving, and when the food was ready, had we not gone up to ask about it, we probably would have never gotten it.On our most recent trip on a Monday afternoon, we were told that they were out of spuds.While I love the fact that we have a McAllisters so close, and I can get my sweet tea easily, I don't know that I can keep giving them chance after chance.To be continued....?

Menu price for a fountain drink is $1.79, actual price is $3.59. C'mon y'all, it has been like this for months. Regardless of the inaccurate price, $3.59 for a to go drink is ridiculous. Heck, even with refills it's ridiculous.

I came to pick up my food at window this a.m., the associate didn't look friendly at all (no greeting & smile). Is she forced by anyone working at the store? Perhaps, her manager shall give her some hints how to otherwise she shall work in a kitchen instead.

They get 5 stars alone for just their service, they are always really fast, kind, and they make everything simple. The food here is also delicious (except the avocado’s are always unripe, that’s my one complaint lol!). This is a regular spot for me :)Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Wonderful quality, taste, and quantity; so a very good value for the money.My wife and I now prefer McAlister’s over (a restaurant that rhymes with Panera ?)The Choose 2 is a good value as well. I love their Rueben sandwiches (they actually serve them hot- so many restaurants serve them previously hot but warm at best when it reaches the table)The Savannah Chopped salads is our go-to, so full of substance, chicken, nuts, cheese, cranberries , and an amazing dressing

The service provided by McAlisters was fine. The cashier was friendly and actually a joy to complete a transaction with. Food was delicious, from the BLT+A to Mac & Cheese and strawberry short cake.The reason I couldn't give 5 stars it simply and solely due to the taste of the Sweet Tea. I have visited several McAlister Deli's over the years and the sweet tea has always been my favorite item on the menu. The consistency of flavor to sweetness did not hold up to the title or description.Kid-friendliness: In our group we had a total of 7 children, all under the age of 10 and all males. The staff was friendly to them, treated them as young men, when they decided to sit at their own table apart from the adults.
