If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a delivery on Monday 02/26/2024 for my grandmother 91st birthday. First, let's start with the driver. He came to the residence looking really dirty. He's a reflection of your company, but whatever. We celebrated her birthday and late in the night, everyone was sick. It was almost like food poison. The kids and adults were sick. We will not be ordering from this location again.

We order a pizza on Saturday the 13th at 5:00and it said it would be to us by 5:45 we called at 6:15 and they said they left it at our front door but no pizza the people 3 doors down came to our house at 630 and said they found a pizza on there front step with our address called the pizza place back and they said they could not credit us but would bring another one.I just wanted my money back but they said they wouldn'tI WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

The pizza was good but their customer service is non existent. They answer and tell me they’re open. I ordered on the app and was told it would take around 25 mins. I was waiting around 30 minutes tried calling the store multiple times with them not answering the phone even once and had to call corporate just for them to tell me it’s gonna take an hour since the store has no available drivers. Why say you’re taking deliveries if you got no drivers?

I used to love Papa Johns pizza but this location is terrible. I have tried it 3 different times in the past few months and it gets worse everytime. The pizza crust tastes like frozen and they put all the toppings in the lower center of the pizza so you are mostly left with unappetizing crust. The staff is Not friendly either. It is almost like they go out of their way to be rude. For the amount of money it costs for a large pizza, you can definitely get better quality and service elsewhere.

I used to love Papa Johns but I have ordered from them 3 different times in last few months and the food quality has gone down. Not sure if it is just this location, as I know it is a franchise. However, the crust tastes like frozen crust and most of the toppings are in the lower center of pizza leaving mostly crust. The employees are NOT friendly either, Whether you pick it up or it is delivered. I will not be ordering from there again. For a large $20+ pizza, I would advise going somewhere else for better quality and customer service.

In one week, we have paid and tipped drivers for 3 pizzas. We received one. The online site shows our address as the delivery address, they have delivered to another twice. Did it again tonight. Manager, not only didn't care, but was out out by the phone call. My son loves their pizza, we have 4 kids and have ordered from them for years. We are now Marcos pizza customers. Papa John's has outsourced their orders to a third party and delivery to Door Dash. I put one star, because I had to press a star. Should be zero.

Walk in and ordered a cheese pizza. Was told 10-15min wait. So came back after 15min. They told me its in the oven. 5min later i asked if they could give me an estimate on tile and ill just come back again. I was told another 10-15min.Pointing out that when i ordered they said 10-15min, its now been 25min mince and your telling me again another 10-15min… i got a shoulder shrug and the remark “well you asked”.Absolutely horrible service, horrible front counter manners, and no matter who you talk to… no one cares.

Papa John's Pizza didn't tease the part they charged so much for them and didn't put much meat on it for $33.00 what a get over ,papa John's needed to do better,no star for you!!!

I ordered from this restaurant using Uber Eats delivery. My driver was completely fine, but my order was not. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, and I got pepperoni and chicken. I took a bite into said wrong pizza, and it was doughy. Literally goo. Then, I ordered 4 extra sauces, and didn’t get a single one. Then, they barely even cut my pizza/papadias. I am very disappointed.I also called and spoke to a manager, and she was absolutely unfriendly and not helpful. She gave me a reimbursement for my pizza, but she did not say the words “I am sorry” a single time, nor did she offer any further help other than that. I am furious. This establishment needs some serious help. I will not be ordering from this location ever again, nor do I recommend anyone who wants a cooked pizza to do so either.
