Although my granddaughter's personal PAN pizza was made the way she asked for it. My pizza, on the other hand was not hot.The dough tasted stale and part of the toppings were hard.

Pizzas hot and fresh, bread sticks perfectly seasoned and fresh !
We ordered 2 Pan pizza's and we were given 2 hand tossed. My grandkids nor does the rest of my family. By the time we got home it was too late as one of our grandson's in Vandy with Leukemia we could not go back as we had to get to the hospital. The pizzas got thrown out today. They did eat the breadsticks even though we ordered cheese sticks. Incorrect orders is why we stopped going to PH. But our Domino's was hit by the tornado that came through and is closed down temporarily. Service and being careful of orders is #1 as you spend money on food that does not get eaten.

Food was fresh. Delivery driver went above & beyond but I didn't like how they cut my pizza. Slices were way bigger than they should've been & uneven.

Ordered a pizza and wings from here at 12:59 PM, delivery was going to be 30-40 minutes with an estimate of 1:34 PM, around 1:50 PM I get a text saying updated delivery time of 2:35 PM. I called the store to see what the delay was about and was told they don't have enough delivery drivers and they needed to have DoorDash deliver it, assuring me it would get there earlier that 2:35 PM...it didn't arrive until around 2:40 PM and the food was cold and no longer fresh. I understand there is a shortage of workforce but it would've been nice for the girl to comp the wings or give $10 off or something small for the inconvenience of having to wait and eat cold food.

Worst experience ever! I walked into the Pizza Hut and a guy had no gloves on! He proceeded to cook the pizza touching all topping without gloves. Not once did he wash his hands. He even picked something up off the floor. I literally got sick to my stomach. I was so scared to eat the pizza that I told my friend that I would pay him to throw the pizza away! Stay away!.

I'm just sitting here watching a young man prepping my pizza and I'm not sure if he washed his hands or at least used hand sanitizer, but definitely not using disposable gloves. I'm not in a mood to cause a scene, but it's just another reason why I don't trust fast food restaurants. I literally threw that contaminated pizza at the nearest gas station trash bin and went over and bought a gyro instead. Smdh!
