The food was not tasteful, and the breakfast potatoes were overcooked. However, the service was great. Unfortunately, I failed to take pics, and I definitely will not be going back to this establishment. This was my experience. Someone else's may differ.

The Red Rooster is hands down the VERY BEST place in Hendersonville , TN, for Breakfast AND LUNCH! The service is Impeccable, and their food is AMAZING! They are open 7 days per week, for breakfast and lunch! Everyone who works there from front to back are so very nice! I recommend The Red Rooster Cafe to everyone who love great food and great service! Their prices are very reasonable and won't break your bank! Go see them!#StressFreeJP

GREAT ATMOSPHERE, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE FROM "CRYSTAL" I BELIEVE WAS HER NAME BUT THE WHOLE STAFF WAS GREAT. I HAD BREAKFAST SO FOR THE FOOD I ATE IT WAS VERY GOOD THO...I LIKE FLUFFY EGGS THEIRS ARE MORE FLAT AND TASTES FINE BUT I LIKE NICE FLUFFY CHEESE EGGS NOT FLAT EGGS BUT EVERYTHING WAS WELL PORTIONED AND GOOD.

Server was awesome, food was good but we meet some friends there from out of state, they ran late. When we were done eating a manager asked us to move because we were causing the Server to loose money.

Went there for lunch, a little busy. The double burger was definitely good and very filling. Normal size order of fries and a coke. Was almost 21 dollars...a little steep for one person but maybe because of the Big double burger. Good

Not really sure why there's so many 5 star reviews. The food was unremarkable. Might as well go to Denny's. Had breakfast. Country potatoes lacked any kind of seasoning. The gravy is the thinnest I've ever had. It's more like sauce. Chicken fried steak ok, but small. Coffee weak. One person liked the bisquits, the other thought they were Pillsbury. Service substandard. She literally stood in one spot and reached across people to pass food.Overall the food's not bad it's just that I've had a lot better elsewhere.

The food was fantastic. My new favorite breakfast.
Asked the waitress which was better; hashbrowns or home fries. She emphatically recommended the hashbrowns, so I went with them... There was nothing 'brown' involved in the taters. Just a cold, grease-soaked excuse for hash browns. She never checked on us - no coffee refills or anything - until she cleared our plates, and then I told her they were not good (I hardly touched them). When I was paying, the girl asked if everything was good, and I said the hashbrowns were undercooked and bad (yes, I said the word "bad"). She nodded and proceeded to ignore my complaint. FFS LISTEN to your customers! We won't be back (and this is an edited review, where I previously left five stars.)

Hit or miss some days food's cooked and served properly other days just slapped together and over cooked ...like today orderd over med eggs they come out plastic cooked so long or such hot heat order country ham can only eat half of it cus it's over cooked and tuff as leather. Slacking on seasoning on the home fries order biscuits and gravy and biscuits are cold. Theres is just no care from places anymore how they send food out ...sucks cus we love this place but lately food has been poorly severed I use to brag all time hpw good they are now it's like we'll it mite be good guess it's back to waffle house untill they can get it back together here ...if you would not eat it or it's not cooked properly don't send it out the kitchen people are paying to get good fresh hot food not over cooked mess not worth the money if it's not done right

My neighbor Gary and I have been coming here for a few years now. He's the one who Introduced me to this place. I really enjoy coming here and cutting up with the folks and waitresses when they have time.I miss you Gary,I wish you were still around so we could keep coming here together.
Sunday morning been running all over hell's half acre i.e. Hendersonville TN. If you don't like crowds, don't go on a Sunday morning as it was busier than a cat covering crap on a marble floor. The café is too small to be enjoyable when everyone is packed in like a sardine can and servers are falling all over each other.. The food was good, biscuits awesome and our server was great. It's not a place we would go out of our way to go back to, but we were happy we gave it a try.
