I went there to order the double cheeseburger that they had on special, I Diogo on line because this is what the text said. TODAY: $1.99 Qtr Pound Double Chzburgers w/ code TASTY in the SONIC App/online. Must log in or mention at the drive-in 12/28. Lmt 5. +Tax/addons Txt STOP to end. “NOTICE it said OR MENTION AT THE DRIVE-IN.” The girl taking my order said it had to be through app. I read the above text they sent me. After she asked her other coworkers she still said it had to be ordered through the app. I got so frustrated and I left and went to another Sonic that actually understands what I was saying. The staff needs to be better trained and know each day what specials they have.

So Sonic has never been at the top of the food chain, but now their are defrauding customers. I asked for a large blizzard. After a couple minutes, she tells me they only have medium. Fine. The price comes up as a large sonic for a medium. I tell her the price on the menu is x. She says the prices aren't right. It's been a while singe business school but I'm pretty sure this is a fraudulent practices. Maybe someone from the State Commerce department will read this and slap them with a fine.Caveat Emptor

We stopped for a couple of lemon slushys. After 15 the screen informed me that Alyssa was on her way with my order. After another 15 minutes or so, no Alyssa and lemon slushys. So pushed the button to ask about my order. They didn't know what I was talking about. Then they asked me if I would like to order 2 new slushys. I said I didn't have another 30 minutes to waste and left. I will never return to that Sonic

This Sonic is guaranteed to completely screw up at least one thing on your order every time. The servers also will not stick around long enough to check whether you have the complete order, and take forever to come back and fix the issue (even if it's something as simple as no straws.)We've had cold hamburgers, warm melted "shakes," an order of drinks with no straws, an order of food with no napkins.

Here picking up a Uber order. The restaurant notes state to specifically park at a stall, press the red button and let staff know that you are picking up a Uber order and provide Order name and order number. It says specifically not come inside or use drive thru if there is one at the location. Second pick up at a Sonic today. Followed same directions given at that other location that was listed for this one AS WELL. No problem. Get to this one and they tell me to come inside. Updated instructions need to be given on the app for delivery drivers if you’re just gonna tell us to do the opposite of what your notes says and tell us specifically not to do. I have no problem coming inside. I do for every other non drive thru or drive up store and have for this one before but the notes has changed. I however have a problem when you’re rude when I tell you what your notes says. So I however won’t be coming in and will avoid future orders from this specific establishment. Now the customer has to wait longer for another delivery driver. Educate the staff or change your notes on the app. Delivery drivers are customers as well.
