Tried the Cantina Chicken items and everything was delicious. It was served fresh and hot. It was prepared properly and not just a mess in a wrapper. Im allergic to beef, so having these chicken items is so nice. The "grilled" chicken they have had for years has no flavor and is like rubber. This is honestly the only Taco Bell location I will eat at. From East Nashville to Hendersonville, none in between are this clean, great food and service.

Very disappointed as this is the 3rd time that Taco Bell has messed up my order online through the app. My food was missing. It especially happened when I selected to buy a new item. I lost $7 the first time, $6 the second time and this last time I lost $8. I'm very very disappointed and I won't be making any purchases from them in the near future. ??

Whoever was cooking on January 25, 5 PM, needs to be retrained. Order two quesadillas and literally got two tortillas with about a tablespoon of Cheese in them, squished together and cooked. Not only did the quesadillas not have cheese on them but the cheesy bean and rice burrito had no cheese and no rice. Just beans. Would’ve asked for my money back. Had I not been all the way back home when I realized what a crummy meal was gonna turn out to be! Also, only one car in front of us and we sat for 15 minutes. The two girls there were just chitchatting and looking at their phones when we were waiting at the window.

Like do they have a sign in front of this place that says “ we hire morons “ . The first time I’ve stopped here it took them over an hour to not make my food , had to go to work so I left . The second time , every taco pulled out of the bag spilled . The third time I get in the drive thru and they tell me they’re out of both beef and chicken . The fourth time I tell the person in the drive thru my order 3 damn times and they still make it wrong . I’ve been coming to Taco Bell since they first opened that why I gave them a shot so many times . Never coming back

There was not enough meat on my chicken chalupa...u could've called it vegetarian. The five layer burrito was all beans. Next time, please don't skimp on the meat or call it five layers and give me 2 or 3!

I’m typing this as I’ve been waiting thirty minutes for three items and a drink for an ubereats order. It is unacceptable for the wait to be that long because you don’t give two craps about online orders for customers who already paid (more at that since it’s through a delivery service). If that’s how y’all treat customers you shouldn’t be in business. I will be calling corporate. Unacceptable.

I went in side to order l. I waited at the counter. At least four people were doing nothing. One was on his phone and when I said hello he turned and walked away. Then that same person came back to the counter. Ask if I was waiting on something I said I wanted to order. He said oh you can do it on the kiosk over there. He looked like he was half asleep like I have woken him up. I said can I place an order here and he said I don't know how to take an order. So I left without tacos and I will go to the Taco Bell on Indian lake from now on

Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever encountered. We came in and put our order in on the kiosk since no one would help us or even look up at the front counter. We waited 30 minutes for our food when there was 2 other people in the store and maybe 2 cars in line. We got our order finally and walked out to the truck and checked it. We haven’t had a hot meal in days since the tornado. Everything was wrong. So I was like maybe the receipt is wrong and we typed something wrong but we didn’t. So one of the guys (which looked like the manager) asked for the name and said he would look it up and remake the order for us. Great. He went back to work and came back up 15 MINUTES later to get our order printed off to make. After waiting so long I thought surely it’s not messed up again and we walked out to the truck and 2 of the 3 substitution items was wrong again! I was like how is this even real, just read the receipt and make what it says?! So I bring the hard copy receipt in and said look man this is still wrong and he said really? Noooooo I just wanted to be in this Taco Bell for an hour and miss Christmas for kids over this…. YEAH IT WAS WRONG. He said but what was wrong. So I put the hard copy down on the counter and said this is a so and so taco, it comes with this originally and I added this and subbed this and I did the same thing for the other item. And he said and it’s wrong?! I literally barely opened the food and said this clearly has meat…. Pointed to the receipt “no ground beef.” Opened the other item a Doritos locos taco supreme….. this is literally just beans and nacho cheese… supreme gets lettuce tomato and shredded cheese and I just added nacho cheese, it was an extra charge…. Ohhhh okay ill make them again for you. YALL IT WAS STILL WRONG. And why i didn’t just ask for my money back? Because no one would stay at the counter long enough to even listen to what the order was suppose to be or how to fix it! Freakin terrible. Never again will we go there. Unbelievable. And I thought constructive was hard as I’m the only woman worker in the field where I work. Sheeeesh. I hope y’all aren’t making much because that’s ridiculous. I paid almost 5 dollars for a freakin taco that was still made wrong after 3 times, a hard copy receipt and an hour wait. Get it together
