Made first visit inside today this a.m. because read that they did have wi-fi. This was my first and last visit. The wi-fi was difficult to connect and then kept losing connection between site visits. As big as Wendys is and to claim that you have wi-fi when you really don't borders on fraudulent activity. I also order coffee and it was warm at best when I went to the table. Hello McDonalds..I have never had wi-fi problem there.

Rarely have I gone in person (both drive thru and inside to place an order) or had it delivered where the quality of the food has been anything more than fair. Well, that's if they get your order correct in the first place.And, I stopped using the drive thru bc more often than not the person at the window would barely notice or acknowledge your existence other than taking your payment and shoving food out the window. I'm not looking for conversation just proof that you are not a robot.

So, we had an awful experience tonight. We had ordered a triple plain, a Dave’s double regular, and a spicy chicken sandwich. All we’re supposed to be combos. We also tried to order 3 baked potatoes before they rudely interrupted us and had us pull to the front. We got two of the baked potatoes, where one was supposed to have cheese and the other be extra butter, extra chives, extra bacon. One of the baked potatoes came just plan and the other had just a regular serving of chives.only one of the sandwiches was a combo as well..

Honestly one young man I can’t remember his name but we asked him to put ice in our cup and the tip of his finger got in the cup a little and he completely got us a new cup without us complaining or anything. Super

Food was good. The service was fast and the workers were young and super nice! This Wendy's is EXTRA FANCY with an area with a built-in wall colorful fireplace complete with fancy upright leather chairs and a middle center table! Fancy and Cozy!

So I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which they almost got right, but somehow forgot the bacon that is on the recipe. I already had my boyfriend run inside and add butter to my potato when we got home but they somehow also forgot butter? For a baked potato? And it is also on the recipe. And they completely forgot the chives which I said at the speaker but she didn’t hear us ig. Recipe and most food attached for proof.

Watch your receipts. They always upcharge/overcharge even if you don't ask for it. Them get an attitude when you ask them to change your order to what you asked for
