Good: One of the best looking and tasting omelets-EVER.Bad:-Most of the reviews are TRUE.-The wait was insane for 1 hr before close and more than HALF of diners not served yet.-Not bussing tables (trying to keep people from being seated?)-Everyone seemed to be moving VERY slow or on break? (With exception to one person)-Waitress didn’t tell me the truth about my order after asking her twice. This lead to the cook coming out..unnecessary. Had she known the menu..-Chicken and waffles = waffles and flattened Dollar Tree chik’n nuggies.-When the expo person handed us our plates, he goes “Here’s this..” to every dish. What is it? It’s like he didn’t know what our order was. Again, he was moving extra slow wiping tables..-The staff seemed mostly: slow, careless, aloof and angry?I won’t be back; ever.I’m gonna miss that omelette though.

First time was good. Quickly went downhill. Latest visit took 45 minutes to get food (and there was no wait to be seated when we walked in so not due to a crowd). Had to beg for extra napkins and refills. And the quality of the food isn’t great (overcooked bacon, runny eggs that we couldn’t eat).

First visit today and want to compliment Keke for her excellent service. Nice place and very busy. Food was really good except potatoes a little too much on seasoning. My over-easy eggs were perfect so tell the chef great job! We will be back and will try lunch.

The food was great and reasonably priced. Our server, Cody, did an excellent job making sure all was well. I had the Texas Farmhouse and it was great and spicy. Pancakes were also great.

Nice place, tasty food and the service was excellent. The price was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but everything is expensive right now so... that's to be expected I guess. :(

We were excited about having a good breakfast restaurant in Hermitage. But first experience was awful. My wife was enjoying her omelette of cheese spinach and supposedly sautéed onions until she bit into a lot of raw onions. Not very good. My daughter ordered buttermilk pancakes and was asked what kind of meat she wanted with it. She said no meat so waitress said she could get extra pancake but when received bill was charged about $5 for an extra pancake. The home fries were awful. Hard to chew like they were yesterday’s fries. My eggs were very good. The biscuits and gravy were good. But for $65.00 including tip I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Great atmosphere. Chicken and biscuits are amazing . Bacon lovers try the red white and bacon pancakes!!! Delicious!!!! Richard and Courtney served us, we sat at the counter where we were able to interact with our cooks Drew and Henry. This place is awesome, highly recommend. The staff is very friendly. You will not be disappointed!!!

Food was good for me not hot enough. We ordered our food and told the waitress that we were going to place a takeout order in a few minutes and she said “I’ll just take the order now , well she did. We waited for about 25 minutes and the take out ores came out first on a plate. Then waited another 10 minutes for our good. I told them please to make a fresh one because by the time we were done eating our food it would have been cold and soggy.the waitress said “ it would take 20 minutes to make” I told her it should be ok we haven’t even got ours. Well there was some guy that came to our table telling us that we needed to communicate to the waitress better and wait next time. We tried to tell him she told us to give her the order, he was rude and unprofessional and none of them ever apologized even the waitress came back to tell us we should have waited then we were getting looks from the staff and made us very uncomfortable I told her you told us to give you the order. They made us feel like it was our fault and never came to our gable to ask if we needed anything. We had to ask and when we left the guy at the door didn’t even acknowledge us and never got a thank you or have a good day.

After just a month and a half in operation, it's evident that this establishment is still ironing out its flaws, but there's significant room for improvement. Despite having multiple locations, our experience was rather underwhelming. While a 45-minute wait for a table is expected on a busy Saturday brunch, the additional 15-20 minutes for drinks and the subsequent warning of another 45-minute wait for food were less than ideal. The servers seemed competent, yet it was apparent they were at the mercy of the kitchen staff, who appeared to lack both training and a sense of urgency. Management seemed lacking, and it's hoped they address these issues promptly. What should have been a 90-minute outing turned into a 3.5-hour ordeal, requiring considerable patience. The food quality was passable, but disappointingly, most items arrived cold despite the prolonged wait. Several items were also forgotten, and some toast ended up on the floor, with promises of replacements that never materialized. The need for better training and management is glaringly evident, and service is certainly not their strong suit. Overall, it's unlikely I'll return anytime soon or recommend it to others. Best wishes to them in addressing these challenges and improving their offerings for the future.

Highly recommend this place, I love their shrimp and grits omelette and pancakes. The service and servers have been amazing. Keke and Jenn, my servers are always amazing. Chris the manager was attentive to the customers and took care of my order himself, as well as ensuring the team stayed focused, and encouraging to the staff. As I watched from the bar the chef Henry was definitely a team player, and respectful. It’s 1:22 and they close at 2pm. Ive been here twice and will be back!! To the entire team “Job well done!”Pics are from my first visit…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
