We have been twice to this place in the last 6 months. 6 months ago we were treated so rudely by the receptionist, we walked out. A month or so ago, we gave it another try, and sat at our table for 21 minutes while wait staff blew past us ignoring us. We walked out again.

I went they the drive thru window to get some food. I had a pet with me so I couldn’t go in. Never been to this restaurant before either. Gave employee my credit card, she took it and was gone for a good while! I started to get concerned, as there were no other customers around and it was lunch time. Anyway, employee finally comes back, gives me my card, leaves again to go get my food. Brings my food. Fast forward 2days. I get an alert from my bank!! Someone is trying to gamble online with my credit card! ? Bank caught it though. This restaurant was the last place I used my credit card.

I tried this for the first time so I arrived at the restaurant and had to go to the restroom and I had to go in the handicapped stall cause I need the more space cause I’m handicapped and there was p*** on the baby changer on the outside the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and there was no toilet paper in it just a little bit on a roll like you get from home sitting on the handicapped rail and no soap in the bathroom had to use my hand sanitizer and when I sat down to order my meal came by the time I got biscuits and the corn was not cooked fully the collard greens were crunchy and the potato salad was soupy and the turkey was so dry you couldn’t even swallow it without drinking something and we gave the sides back after just taking a tasting and the manager refused to take it off the ticket when we didn’t even eat ittyey said his name was lakenzie and Roxy was cleaning off my servers table cause my server didn’t take one dish off the table while we where there and Rixy was the only one really working besides the gay guy and the man at the bar so I will never return to this restaurant and I got the runs it’s the only thing I have eaten today

We walked passed by chance, and thought we would dine in. I found the restaurant to be clean and tidy and our server was nice and prompt to assist us. The food was nice but somewhat average, I felt the brisket was a little dry but the sauces covered that up a little. I didn't want a super sweet drink so our server recommended half unsweetened Iced tea and half peach ice tea, it was the perfect combination. I would go back if ever in the area again.

This was my second try and will be my last. I ordered a combo. The ribs were tough and flavorless. The pulled pork was OK but not outstanding. They were out of white wine (?!) so I ordered the red. The bottle had obviously been sitting open too long or had been allowed to warm, because the wine was skunky and undrinkable. The waitress was nice and the complimentary cheese biscuits are good. But this is not a cheao restaurant, and overall the experience was disappointing.

Don't usually complain about food I receive through drive thru, lately my orders are very inconsistent alot of meat or barely enough to cover the bun, fries are pitiful seem to be less each week. This past Friday I go to drive thru order my regular #1 bbq and fries upon arriving home sit down to eat bite into sandwich and all I taste is fat and grissle open up the sandwich there was a piece of uneatable chunk covering half the bun uneatable and only received a pitiful amount of fries. Only enough bbq and fries for a couple bites, if had not been such a long drive I would have loved to bring it back for a refund. Very disappointed

I ordered the brisket dinner with cole slaw and Mac and cheese and was not disappointed. The portions are large and the food was good. The cheese biscuits were an added addition. The waiter was pleasant and even gave me a cup of ice tea to go. I would stop again if ever back in the area.

My order was called in by another company employ. I didn't know the total cost. The order included 2 barbecue sandwiches and 1 salad. One sandwich was to have coleslaw on it. When the cashier told me the total was almost $33 I was dumbfounded. In addition to getting a $4 barbecue sandwich for $8 they charged for a side of coleslaw rather than add 1 spoonful to a sandwich. Save your money and go to Bar Be Cutie. The food is as good or better at half the price.
