“Hey Brian was our bartender and he was amazing, he’s funny and easy to talk with. My mom and I stop for gas and she’s the nosy one that went in and he started talking with, we decided to stay for 5 minutes and then it literally went into 4 hours later lol. We think it needs a little touch up in the bathroom but other than that it’s a nice little spot, it’s very different from what we would normally stop for a drink!!!!!“

“Always good food! If pretty young women offend you stay out but for the rest of us, we enjoy an atmosphere where people are living their best life today. Clean and friendly. The volume on the televisions was just right for the sports. Clean bathrooms!! The buffalo wings were perfect, the celery was fresh and the blue cheese dressing was of good quality. My server was pleasant and stopped by a few times to check in on me. Over a great experience and I'll return if I come back through town again. Thanks Guys!“

“The Nashville hot chicken was ?. The collard greens were also delicious. You get plenty of food for your money. I'm glad I found this place. The service, food, and drinks were excellent! I will definitely be back the next time I visit Nashville.“

“I came in tonight and had the best service i’ve had in a very long time. Ronny was the best !! As a server myself, he is the servers we need on the floors! he was very attentive, knew the menu, and held great conversation. I will be back and ask for him! The food was great too! It was hot and came out pretty quick.“

“It was great to visit a place right at the marina in Old Hickory. The big heavy door reminded me of something from Pirates of the Caribbean. Terrific salads and the citrus lime dressing should be tried by everyone. The women's restroom is incredibly small, so be warned.“

“The catfish was cooked perfectly and delicious as well as the tartar sauce was very good with it. The chicken Alfredo was good as well with the perfect portion! We sat outside and it was such a beautiful view of the lake! I will say, this place seems to stay pretty busy so you might want to go in and put your name then go walk on the trail! Once seated and ordered the food was served super quick!“

“First and foremost, Amaya is AWESOME. Literally the sweetest, friendliest, and most attentive person in the restaurant. Her service was very reflective of the restaurant's overall atmosphere. This particular night they were doing BOGO on crafts, so I got the Babe Magnet Rose Cider pictured. I'm not a fan of the beer taste but this was very well balanced and sweet enough for me. Also pictured is the Cajun Grilled Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries. The remoulade is a tad messy but the flavor is great and the fries were perfectly seasoned. My sister had the wings in which they also had good flavor but could stand to be a tad crispier in my opinion. But great experience overall!“

“Had 2 guys playing music, while tvs were playing with volume on(alittle chaotic with that), bathroom was clean. You order at the bar and get a number and find a table. No wait staff so if you wanted a refill you had to get back in line at the bar. Staff was nice though.Parking: Right off a highway. Parking entrance was near a light so alittle hard to get out of. Shares space with a hotel.“

“Our party of four went here for dinner and the ratings looked great. We were lucky to get there when the live band was setting up so we were able to enjoy the live music. First time to Nashville so I'm not an expert on all things Nashville. We all had tacos and they were good, they were not a 5 in my opinion but they were good and I would get them again. We had Fish tacos and Pulled Pork tacos and we all enjoyed them. For Sides we tried their Hot Water Cornbread, one spicy and one regular. We were all very disappointed as these were very hard without the normal soft middle. Now these should not be like normal cornbread, they should be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and they have a different flavor. These were not made correctly, I didn't complain because they were only $1 each. The service was very good the staff were friendly and even though the atmosphere was very loud with the band, it was a fun place to check out. I recommend checking it out and explore the menu too, lots of options to give a try!Parking: free plenty of parking when we arrived on a Wednesday night“

“I would like to thank server Jamesia for her excellent service. As it was our 1st time visiting we were not familiar with the menu and it was a little but overwhelming with all the items offered. She made several suggestions and all were great. We will definitely be back for more of her menu suggestions and excellent service. Jamesia you are truly a gem.“

“We've been coming here for years and we love this place. We live in Tennessee but we were born and raised in Chicago and this is just like a Chi town neighborhood bar. Everyone is friendly, food is awesome, and atmosphere is so fun. We've watched Cubs and Bears games here and had a blast. Probably our favorite East Nashville bar!!!“

“I've been twice and plan to go back this week, for one big reason - the happy hour. Getting drinks priced like this takes me back to Nashville of the 2000s. Such a treat! I had the Reuben last time I was there, and it was good. Even if the food were the equivalent of a smoking turd, I'd give this place five stars for the happy hour. “Decent spot to grab some lunch, watch a game, and sip on draft beer. It's a little pricey being located inside a hotel. More of a hotel restaurant for business travelers than a pub/ sportsbar but they had a nice selection & friendly bartender.“

“What a great place! The decor is fresh with lots of plants and African animals. Large murals. The menu was varied. I only had the cheese sticks - which were AWESOME- but will come back for their steak! One of the few places that I’ve seen elk and bison on the menu.“

“This is a local dive bar with a fun crowd. Beer was fairly appropriately priced at $3 for a domestic bottle. Shot of Jameson was pricey, but she poured it stiff, so that was alright.I asked for a pickle back, and she told me “we may have it but I ain’t going back to look for it.” And while that sounds annoying it was actually rather humorous at the time.Friendly and eclectic crowd. “Honestly, my expectations for the bar just from driving by it every day, were extremely low. I thought it might be a dirty, biker bar. So, we were kind of wary about what we were walking into when we went to watch the super bowl. BUT it's really clean and the service was great! They have good snacks and good prices and deals! They have so many games and cute bathrooms. The crowd skewed younger than I expected and no one made me uncomfortable. I actually really enjoyed myself! My ONLY cons were: - the audio during the super bowl kinda sucked, especially for the parts you wanted to hear like the halftime performance and the ads. I'm not sure how that can be fixed, but hoping it gets fixed before next year's super bowl. - the lock on the one working women's stall was broken“

“This bar is the absolute best. Good vibes. As a neighborhood bar there are many regulars. It’s almost like a 2nd family. The “Cheers” of Nashville. The bartenders always will look out for you and the owners do the same. Great place to hang out and have fun.“
