Drive through voice was great but specifically asked for no onions pico or guacamole on anything and this is what I got….after picking everything off my food it just wasn’t worth it

Terrible terrible terrible! Ordered food Sunday morning around 1-2 a.m. and my guacamole sauce was missing told the lady at the window and she gave it to me. We pulled up from window to check bag and it was about a pinch of guacamole sauce in container as if somebody had eaten it or as if it was all that was left. Either way I would have rather been told they were out instead of paying for something I didn’t get. Food was extremely cold. The lady at the window was very rude! When ordering we already knew what we wanted yet when trying to order she kept saying “is that all” mid sentence of us talking! And we only ordered 5 tacos which is not a lot.

Dear Taco Bell,My family and I ate a lot at your restaurants last year. We were going to go tonight for dinner but will not because you discontinued the viesta burrito. Also, because of this, we will continue to visit less often, or very infrequently due to this. We ask you bring it back or something else in the value menu that is vegetarian (e.g., tostada or something new) soon. Not pleased with this move by Taco Bell.Also, tried to submit this issue on the Taco Bell website, which is having issues. And wasn't able to, tried multiple times.

The employees are disrespectful, the manager isn’t doing anything about it. The wait was an hour. All in all this is the worst customer service that I have had.

I placed an online order for two boxes and 2 potatoe tacos. They put everything in one bag. I asked them to separate the order because they are boxes and they were customized! Well they separated the boxes and it was all mix match. I did do an add on for nacho fires not knowing it would be added onto the 5layer burrito (what they told me after me thinking it would be a whole order of fries) I told the cashier. That the craving box with the nacho fries goes with the Fiesta potatoes. Well the fries ended up inside of a chulupa in the other order. I did not get my 5layer burrito and my food was cold! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

I order online last night wasn’t busy at all when I got there because I had to wait a few minutes for them to make my order order and it was still wrong 3rd time in 2 weeks so I’ll just spend my money elsewhere

I went through the drive-thru, fast friendly service. It was around lunch time so it was pretty busy. However, I was able to place my order, pay, and receive my order in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive and friendly
