My food was given away and they to remake my whole order only got 1 order of fries instead of the 2 I ordered and wings were not cooked fully girlfriend has food.poisoning still as we speak. When called the store was called a liar and accused of trying to get free food. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Super busy location, to the point a walk in small order takes almost 30 minutes. Ok fine, but when they call your name, the wings are Luke warm and the fries are cold. If they're pumping out that much food it should at least be warm right? Nope. Terrible food, won't be back.

Food was awful, went for their honey sandwich combo and bbq wings (we asked for with bones they gave us boneless).Fries are vey salty and the burger was oily. I haven’t stopped throwing up since I had it!! Terrible experience.

When arriving I was greeted by staff and helped right away. The food was fresh and still hot when I arrived back to work. I was very pleased with both the service and the quality of the food. My ranches, silverware, ketchup packets and napkins were all in the bag (without me having to ask for it). Ruben was very helpful when it came to helping us put together our large order for our staff lunch. We will for sure be back for lunch again! Thanks for the great service WINGSTOP!

I order through their app and pick up, and 9 out of 10 orders, perfect. I like 'em extra crispy, which is an option in their app, they get it right. Even with odd mix of numbers on the flavors, they get it right. Food up when promised with the order. Wing sizes are also pretty consistent. A go-to for me!
Wings are delicious but fries are all mushy with Uber so i'll try it over there and review again :) as long as i've seen the service is nice nothing was missing even the napkins, my driver didn't get the straw but it's not relevant with the restaurant's service, i'm looking forward to check out the ambiance.

My boyfriend placed a door dash order here tonight. We waited well over an hour before we even got any response from our dasher. We were told the employees kept asking him to wait, and that it would be done shortly. It's now midnight and our food is still not done. They have yet to contact us and let us know where our food is and if it's even going to come at this rate.

Food is decent, but the guy up front was more interested in sitting with his friends than giving good customer service. I figure he must be an owner by the way he had a cocky attitude, and poor customer service skills. I will not be back.

i waited an hour for my food. i asked a couple times and they told me keep waiting. finally they told me they had already given my ordered to another customer by mistake. they didn't even offer to remake the food. they refunded me but that doesn't even account for how long i sat there trying to be patient with them because i could see that the we're busy. i try never to blame service workers because i know that job is hard. but they couldn't even offer to remake the food??? whatever.
