Hixson Pike location. Folks, this is better than store bought chicken salad. Barbie Q and the Sassy Scotty are my personal favorites. Macaroni and Cheese has the homemade crockpot flavor- a plus. The Grape Salad is divine. It's made from grapes, cream cheese, crushed pecan pieces and it's to die for.
I’ve been a frequent customer of Chicken Salad Chick. The Service today was horrible I order a Fancy Nancy out of the cooler to go a large pasta salad to go 2 cookies all to go. The large fancy, Nancy and large pasta salad was all in the same paper bag and they had bagged the pasta salad sideways so it would fit in the paper bag I should have made a picture. I ordered a fancy Nancy on a croissant and pasta salad, and it took over 10 minutes for my dine in order. I spent 37.00

The sandwich itself was fine but the establishment is a disappointment. I felt like I walked into a 3rd rate place with the servers not caring about poo. Heck two of them stood in front of a mirror admiring their hairdo. Oh and this place charges $1 for a cup of water.

Went through the drive thru for lunch and ordered the chicken tortilla soup and two scoops of chicken salad - the Cranberry Kelli and the Dixie Chick (described as onion lovers). Both chicken salads were good choices, delivering a solid and balanced product - nothing over dressed. I preferred the more savory Dixie Chick. The soup was a standard chicken tortilla soup.The drive thru employee was friendly and the restaurant included plenty of crackers. Also included was a little cookie!
