The food is good, but a bit pricey in my opinion. It was over $60 for 4 people to have basic sandwiches, fries and drinks. There is a nice sandwich topping bar to give your sandwhich an individualized flair. It is nice that you can add as much topping as you desire. The veggies on there are very fresh and well presented. This does offer a little reasoning to why it costs a little more. They also offer a basket that includes both fries and onion rings, which is unique.I tried the frings (fries and onion rings) basket and the grilled chicken pita. Both of them were very good.Overall, it was a good experience. We would eat there again if the opportunity presented itself.

I ate at Glen Gene often while in college, and I was happy to see that there is still a location in Hixson where I could take my kids. One of my sons has food allergies, and the staff in front was patient in reading Ingredients to ensure the food was safe for him. We were happy with the quality and serving size of the hamburgers we ordered, and everything was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing I might suggest is more attention to the restrooms (no paper towels and in need of updating). I look forward to going back!

Nope. Giving the food a 3 because the shakes seemed like they would be amazing. 2 people in my party and we had each a burger, fries, and a drink for 30. Condiments were help yourself and no table service. They're banking on mediocre burgs. I would have been happier with a happy meal from the big M over this.
The food here has always been great, and really cheap for the quality. Definitely give it a shot! My burger looked like it came from a commercial.

Went to glen gene today and ordered two veggie burgers tater tots and a house salad and lemonade but when we got the order we asked for a house salad but they gave me a baby green salad instead of a house salad so they didn't give me the correct salad we asked for a pink lemonade they gave us a regular lemonade the girl at window said we don't carry pink lemonade anymore why didn't she say that before she took our order this was just ridiculous this place used be good we won't be back
