They have a long history of employees getting paid late and that's only when they actually get paid. The grease trap is only changed per 2 - 3 months and it makes the whole store reek like a sewer. I have been going to scenic city smoothie for a little over a year now. I have seen it get better and bigger since my first visit, but what’s stayed the same is the service. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The options for people looking to get a high protein shake are amazing; also, (from what I could tell) they have a seasonal high protein flavor per season. This season is apple strudel high protein and it’s incredible. Definitely recommend!

Smoothies are great, but wait time is awful. Waited 20 mins for a smoothie. Staff seamed to be distracted. Friends coming in and talking. Staff pays more attention to friends who are not customers than customer.
