Can't give 0 stars but the customer service here is awful. Got a smoothie made and left in a rush; had to come back because of how awful the drink tasted. There was only the taste of water. Worse yet, i walked in for a refund and tossed the drink away and the employees gave me the biggest attitude as if it was my fault and had to call their boss to talk to me and reluctantly give me i refund. Told me next time I'm SOL. Ofc i told him there wasn't going to be a next time. Wouldn't recommend at all. You would get tastier and less expensive smoothies at DQ.

My daughter and I were traveling in the area and looking for something quick and healthy after a long drive. We got acai bowls and they were some of the best we've had. The service was prompt and professional. The fruit was fresh and ripe and the flavor combinations were superb. The shop has seating and the environment is clean and pleasant.

We drove from Springfield, MA. Very excited to try the smoothies, as we heard they are delicious! Once I walked in, I was ignored. Employee was busy filling her cup with water. I approached her, asked about the size of the cups she pointed to the wall. I ordered a 20oz but inquired about what I was ordering bc I wanted a specific taste for my son. Three times she directed me a kids size cup. This was irrelevant to my question. She claimed my payment didn't go through, chased me out of the store for the payment. After three times the payment went through, I was confused with the pin pad but she offered no help. I was also asked if I wanted plastic cups, I said sure. I wasn't given any other option. The smoothie I ordered was runny. I was under the impression it would have been if a smoothie texture. When I asked she said that was normal. Didn't offer to remake. Overall the taste of the smoothies were good, the service was awful.

Finally, a place that I love that I can get more than once a year.Boy, did this store not disappoint! The person working on 11/9/23 was very helpful. It was my first time in the store and he was very helpful on recommending something. The place is clean and smells really good. I wish I could provide no stars for the treatment I experienced today. Worst experience with a business ever. Management very unprofessional and rude (Sonya not sure if this is her correct name but it's what was provided) as well as the associate in the store. They made a mistake and refused to correct it. Instead, of displaying common proper customer service they displayed the opposite. I was made to feel as if my feelings didn't matter, and it was a privilege for them to provide a sloppy service to me. I would like this to be rectified immediately so please if management replies leave contact information. Thank you

I am allergic to granola did not show ingredients with granola. They refused to make my smoothie bowl Said I have to pay again. Sonya is unprofessional said it was my fault Ask me leave and said I should be aware. How do you have a store terrible customer service. Should’ve just went to Playa bowl instead!!

Staff was not helpful I wanted to redeem my rewards & when I left noticed she never even added them after I scanned the app or give a reciept & had no açaí bowls either. When i asked her if i could have the leftover from the smoothie she didn’t use she told me i needed to pay for another cup (she made alot extra & was going to be thrown out anyways)
