The food was delicious, the temperatures and degree of doneness of the food was a bit sporadic, but I like my steak medium rare so I had no complaints. The steak came out perfect. My mother doesn't like pink in her steak and her roadkill was still medium. The blooming onion was toasted a bit too long in the oil. I still enjoyed my dinner, but there were just minor issues. The Waiting staff are phenomenal there!
The yelling really made us uncomfortable...way too loud. It hurt my ears abd gave me a headache...happened three times in a row. I know birthdays are important...but there are other diners who want to enjoy their meal in peace. Also why have multiple spots for Togo orders and only two for handicapped. We had to walk several extra steps. Logansport for us from now on.Parking: 6 Togo order pick up spots and only two handicapped.

A friend of mine had gotten us a gift card for Christmas. It has taken us this long to come here (4/15/24) because of our first visit about two years ago wasn't a pleasant experience. During the latest visit the service was great, the atmosphere was nice, but the food wasn't good at all. We started off with an appetizer. Fried Pickles.....not sure how anyone could mess up fried pickles but these taste like you were eating spoonful's of salt. We couldn't eat them they were so bad. So next we decided on bacon cheeseburgers and fries (2 meals). That meal was just as bad. The fries were at best warm and very soggy. Like they had been under a heat lamp for several hours. The hamburger didn't have a good taste and was very greasy. We actually had money leftover from the gift card and debated on trying a dessert. But we both decided enough was enough. So we left our waitress a good tip for a really bad meal. Not any fault of hers, she did her job and well I might add. On the way out I handed the card to my better half and said give that to someone who might use it. Its really a shame the food isn't good. Place has so much potential with the atmosphere and service being really good.

Called ahead. Let him know that a group of about 15 were coming for a 19-year-old girl's birthday party. Got there. They set us at two separate tables. Our kids wanted to set with their kids. They wouldn't let us pay for our kids because they sat at a different table so I'm not sure how they expected a five and a 7-year-old to pay they said one server didn't want to split the tips they even had the manger come and tell us why we couldn't add them to our table / bill only place I have ever had this issue normally tips are added to the bill but oh well I'll not eat there again and they would not seat the 12 people already there because we were still waiting on 3 more people silly rules not in favor of the customers truly sad

I came to texas roadhouse a couple of nights ago and we both got salads. When i got my salad there was a bug on it! I asked to speak to the manager and all she had to say was that there is no guarantee that there wont be any bugs in it… she couldve atleast gave some kind of discount or compensation.

First time at the Texas Roadhouse. Will definitely be back especially for the Ribs (they were sold out on a busy Solar Eclipse Monday!) Our Filet Steak Medallions were cooked to perfection. Lots of great sides too. Food is reasonably priced. Drinks a little pricey but had the best Margarita that I’ve had in a long time. And my favorite Pinot Noir. The only thing missing is Key Lime Pie (hint hint ?)
I was in Texas roadhouse 2 weeks ago and had an amazing steak but ordered out online yesterday and the steak was awful. Didn't even taste like a ribeye steak more like a cheap roast at a 26 dollar price. 60 dollar waste. The rolls and salad was good or we would have had nothing for dinner.

Yet another wonderful dinner at Texas Roadhouse Hixson. We joined the wait-list on our way and we're seated within a few minutes of arrival. Our server, Madison, provided some of the best service we've had in years at a restaurant (thank you again!) The rolls were hot, and the food came out in a timely fashion and was all excellent.In the past we've always had good to excellent service here as well, and they have always been pretty consistent with the food. This is one of the very few sit down restaurants we dine at anymore, but we happily drive 30 minutes to eat here.Kid-friendliness: As long as your child behaved like a human and not an animal there is no reason why you can't dine here with them. They have a kids menu and coloring stuff for them. My kids love to break open the peanuts and eat them while they wait on food as well.
